he's nothing like I would've imaged him looking like in real life.
it was quite adorable when aeri jumped on him crying.
well not the crying part but, but the jumping part. but now that I'm thinking, it kinda pisses me off how he never let his daughter see him once in 3 fucking years.
yes I do understand that he doesn't want to look weak in front of his pride and joy, but that no excuse for not letting her see you.
I see them starting to come over near me and his mother.
I heard him say "who's he?"
"oh well that's jimin! park jimin. he was my best friends son. but sadly she passed away, and now he lives with me to take care of aeri while you were gone." his mom rambles on.
I flinch when she mentions my mother.
"oh. well that's great! it's good that you some help with this little rascal." he says as he tickles his daughter.
although I'm pissed, he looks like a good person. I wonder why he had to be in prison for 3 years.

once we get home aeri dragged my straight to her room before I could do anything else.

"grandma sure does love to spoil you huh." I mutter.
"yes she does! she loves too. gramma always said that anything that will make me happy, I can have! though she was never able to give me the thing I wanted that would make my really happy." she starts to pout.
I sit in front of her "and what is that baby girl?"
"you." she looks down.
"well I'm here now. and I'm better then ever. I promise I'll never leave you again. especially for the reason I did." I bring her into my arms and kiss her forehead.
"alright princess, bedtime for you!"
"daddy will you sleep with me tonight?" aeri looks at me with her big brown eyes.
"of course I will, but I'm gonna go talk with grandma for a while and then I'll come up and cuddle. how does that sound?"
a smile appears on her face as she jumps vigorously.
"okay now I'll be back in a little bit. you sleep." I say as I place her in her bed and I kiss her forehead.
I head downstairs to find my mom and jimin in the kitchen.
"excuse me while I go to the bathroom." jimin say.
once he leaves, mom looks at me with a serious face.
