Anna's parents pulled up in my driveway and my best friend lept out of the minni van and lugged out her suit case, obviously planning to stay the night. Good thing it was a Friday.

A few minutes later I heard my door swing open and the end of my bed sag, "Talk to me!" I heard, and I pulled my face out from my pillow. I told her everything about today. At the end of it all I was surprised when Anna Grinned, "Now this," She smirked at me, "This I can work with."

I was confused about her last comment, but I didn't bother to continue the conversation and some how, we ended up watching project runway re-runs all night, and didn't talk anymore about my predicament. And I forgot all of my worries of the day.

I was dreading school when I woke up Monday morning. I dragged myself out of bed, took a shower brushed my teeth, ate breakfast, got changed, made my lunch, and dawned my trench coat before heading out to my bus stop to meat Anna. We were one of the first stops on the route, so we got to choses our seats. Each stop I checked, worrying that Deanna was going to get on. She never did. But she sure as hell was at school today, and Anna kept inviting her to sit next to us, I never really talked, jut nodded or mhmmhmm-ed, scared to say anything. That wasn't the worse part though, not even the fact I had to sit across from Deanna all lunch was the worst part. The worst part went like:

Anna:              Hey Dianna, what's up with your weekend?

                        Deanna:          Nothing really why?

Anna:              Well, me and Cassie are going to see a movie Friday night,                                                         you wanna come?

Deanna:          I sure don't have anything else to do with my life.

                        Anna:              So it's a yes?

                        Deanna:          Yeah.

Anna:              Oh, and one last thing, I need your number.

So that was how my day went, me just sitting there awkwardly and stubbornly not talking, while Anna tried to engage all members of our little party into a three person conversation.

By Friday Anna had me talking; I limited myself to only 1-2 sentences at a time though. I had no idea why I'm still mad, or annoyed, or scared, or embarrassed by Deanna, I didn't understand my feelings, at all. The week went by in a blur, and before I knew it I was walking into the screening room in the Cinema about to show some chick-flic Anna had chosen and I had probably unknowingly agreed to. When I sat down, Anna had to leave to use the bathroom last minute, and Deanna was running late. About half a minute had passed from Anna leaving, when Deanna walked into the theater. She sat next to me, with a huge thing of popcorn, a huge soda, and what I guessed to be about twenty licorice ropes.

"That’s quite a bit of food for one person, isn't it?" I whispered in surprise.

"It's to share," Deanna grinned, and popped three straws into the container of soda, "I hope you like coke," she added.

Castielle stared at me, I shrugged, and asked what the movie was about, I already knew, of course, but Cassie had been avoiding me all week I tried to actually start a conversation with her, maybe apologize and  make up for last Friday, but no luck, until now. Hopefully I could get her to talk to me now.

"I don't know," she said, with a tone of voice that ended all my hopes of talking about the movie.

I leaned over, and my heart started thumping nervously, "Hey man, I'm sorry about last Friday, sometimes I just lose control of myself. Please forgive me."

Cas turned around and leaned back into her seat so she could look me in the eye, "Apology excepted, Deanna"

I sighed a 'thanks Cassie' and leaned into the movie theater seat, just as the movie started and Anna sat down hurriedly on the opposite side of Cas, and the tension in the air was suddenly relieved.

Today was Monday; two weeks after the day in the cinema, also known as the day I got everything right. Cassie's and Deanna's issues had suddenly resolved in the few minutes I had 'gone to the restroom.'

I was walking down the five hundreds hall after art club, when I bumped into Samantha and Gabriel, or more like hug-attacked them from behind, almost bowling them over and smashing them into the fantastically colored bright yellow lockers. We all laughed for a moment and the both blushed, like I had interrupted something, and I asked them to "Just go out already," before scampering away, not daring to look back. After a couple of left turns, I slowed to a walk, and was still laughing to myself, when I heard something get knocked down in the classroom next to me. It was that was-never-replaced-when-the-teacher-moved-and-was-now-a-spot-for-vandilsm-and-all-the-things-that-you-weren't-supposed-to-do-in-public-and-the-school-board-never-bothered-to-do-anything-about-classroom. And me being my (what other people called snoopy, but I just called severely curious) self, had to look through the crack in the door. I was honestly expecting just two random seniors that I didn't know, but boy was I wrong...

I was just finishing up my homework when I hear the front door slam open, and feet pounding up the stairs, I should have never told Anna where to find the keys to my house. My door swung open, and a frantic but grinning and stood under the frame.

"You'll never guess what I just saw," she panted, she looked like she had run from her house.

"Try me," I said stuffing my math binder into my backpack. Anna sat down next to me.

"Okay, so you know that abandoned classroom at the very end of the five hundreds hall?" She asked.

"Anna, where you snooping again?" I shot back in a whiney voice.

"I wasn't snooping! I was merely satisfying my curiosity," She huffed, "Fine so any ways, I heard something, Okay, and went to look if anyone was hurt, first I peeked through the crack to make sure I didn't do anything stupid, and there were two people in there, and wait for the good part-" Anna paused to take a breath and I took the opportunity to groan before she could start again, "So guess who it was?"

"I don't know someone who was in a huge relationship that I should know about, and someone they were cheating with?" I suggested.

"No stupid, and by the way, that only happened once! It was Deanna... And Lisa! But I don't think Deanna was all that into it, which means she likes someone else..." Anna buzzed.

            "Okay, so?"

"So... I was sort of right, Deanna is a Bi!  Shouldn't we at least talk to her about it?" I didn't think it was that big of a deal, so I just gave her a confused look. Anna rolled her eyes, "Have you done your Social Studies yet?"

I could feel that the conversation wasn't over yet, but I avoided the topic for the rest of the evening, unsure of my feelings on the matter, and concentrated purely on helping Anna with homework.
