Kate's POV
"There you are!" i looked up and see Hope kneeling down in front of me.
"Go away" i try to say but it doesn't come out clearly.
Emma pulls Hope to the side and says something to her. Seconds later Hope leaves and Emma starts walking towards me. She sits next to me..i panic.
"i'm sorry" she says looking down at her hands.
"for what" i say and look at her.
"for making you feel uncomfortable. for..giving you mean looks.." she looks at me and our eyes meet.
"it's fine.." i breath out. "it happens a lot so i kinda expected it.."
"really?" she asked.
"yeah..i'm not so good at the whole 'making friends' thing" i look up and stare at the wall in front of us.
"so i've been told..I don't really like making new friends but..ill let it slide for you" she gave me a warm smile and helped me up.

Kate's POV
so thats how Emma and I became friends!
i really like Emma..but like more than a friend. Hope and Krystin always tell me she likes me back but i don't know. im really insecure..anyways Emma and i are going to see a movie tonight! im so nervous gahh! i have to get ready!!
