The Secret.

*Raven's P.O.V*

As Marti and I start talking about ourselves the bus door all of a sudden opens and the rest of Modern Day Escape walk up to the bed I was laying in.

"Oh, hey! You're awake!" James says to me overjoyed that I was okay.

"I um yeah." I say very shyly and awkward.

"Are you hurt?" he asked concerned.

"No, not really." I assure him. However just a loud banging noise that sounds like it's coming outside of the bus' windows scared us all.

"What the fuck was that?" Shep asked scared.

"I don't know, let's check it out." Marti replies to Shep and he went off the bus along with James and the others. Well all except Sandra, Sandra stayed on the bus with me. I feel something tap my left shoulder.

"Uh hey, um ki-kid, why do u have wolf ears?" It was Sandra and she had this face that was full of fright. She was staring at me in hope that these ears were fake.

"Wh-what?" I say in confusion as I look up and see my wolf ears have poped out. "FUCK! fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck"  I repeat over and over again as cover my head with my hands. "Listen, I-I can explain just PLEASE do NOT tell ANYONE" I say scared for my life and even more terrified that I can't explain this. "Please do not tell anyone." I say over and over again.

Sandra could not believe her eyes. "I-I, don't know what to say." Sandra stutters out in disbelief of what she was seeing. "Can you explain this. Please tell me they are fake."

"Okay. As long as you don't tell anybody."

She stays quiet. She's obviously thinking about this. "Fine I won't." she says at last.

"You might not believe me, but I am a werewolf. A long time ago, 14 years ago, my parents were in this war. It was against an evil shape shifter by the name of Sentax. Sentax wanted to rule the werewolves, he wanted to be the ruler of all beasts and wanted power. The werewolves, however were against this and they rebelled against Sentax. My parents were the leaders of this rebellion and one day they caught Sentax however he tricked my parents and killed them and escaped. However he was near death. I was lucky that my aunt was the general of the army against Sentax and I was lucky she found me." I inform her of my past.

"How do you know this?" Sandra struggled to say to me.

"My aunt told me all of this. I didn't believe her at first but when I turned 13 and had my first transformation, I found out it was true." I tell her.

"How old are you?" Sandra asks me.

"15" I reply.

"I didn't know that were-" Just then she was cut off by the sound of people entering the bus.

"Where what?" James asks.

"Where's the bathroom?" I quickly ask before Sandra could say anything.

"Uh, over there" Marti shows me the way.

I quickly head to the bathroom and see myself in the mirror still covering my ears.

"Why won't you go away?" I ask to myself in frustration. I play with my ears for what seems like 10 minutes until they go away. I flush the toilet so it seems like I did my business and head outside. Outside however I see my principal leave the bus.

"Hey! There you are!" Marti notices me. "What the fuck were you doing? Shitting rocks?"

I laugh nervously as I try and try to find an excuse.
