Chapter 7 - Fixing a Mistake

You notice that innocent Papyrus had been watching the whole thing from the balcony. He saw the whole fight, you nearly murdering Sans; he saw everything. A feeling of dread comes over you.

'Uh, hey bro,' nervously says Sans. Papyrus has a scared and concerned look on his face. 'Me and Frisk where just role playing on what to do if someone attacks you,' lies Sans, while scratching the back of his skull.

Papyrus instantly looks happy again. 'Oh that's great that you're actually doing something useful! I nearly thought something bad had happened, because Frisk looks like she was...crying?' states Papyrus, while pointing to your face. 'Oh I accidentally hit Frisk. It was some intense role play,' nervously says Sans, as he somehow starts to sweat.

'OK! It's good to see that everyone is OK. I'm going to go visit Undyne. Frisk, do you want to come?' Asks Papyrus, while still smiling. You nod in agreement, as you follow Papyrus to the door. You see Sans watching you as you and Papyrus head off into the light snow. I don't think he trusts you being with his brother, after you nearly stabbed Sans.

As you walk with Papyrus, you notice you only have 5 HP left. You decide to eat a Cinnamon Bunny. Your HP is maxed out.

You walk and walk for ages. You look back at the foot prints you made in the snow. You are really glad that there isn't a snow storm today.

You look up at Papyrus. It's weird how he isn't saying anything. Normally he would talk about spaghetti or something about how great he is. Maybe he knew what really happened back at the house. You hope that he didn't see you go totally insane. You can't believe that you were one inch away from killing Sans. You really didn't know what came over you. You just wanted revenge. You wonder if Chara made it safely back to the Ruins. You hope that she didn't get lost anywhere. You don't know how Sans could see Chara, and Papyrus could not. Sans seems...sorta weird now.

You continue walking thoughts. You walk all the way to Waterfall without saying a word to Papyrus, and he didn't say anything to you either. You and Papyrus arrive at the fish house.
