New Girl

Chapter 2

Jai's POV

Ever since Sarah left I haven't done anything! At least it's Sunday and I have one more day before I

have to get out of bed and face the fact that she's gone and not coming back. Tomorrow is gonna

be a drag. First Geography then Maths, Science and last History.

(Monday) Geography was such a bore! All I was doing was thinking of Sarah and how right now

she would be in L.A surrounded by half naked guys probably having the time of her life and I was

stuck here picturing her everywhere I go. I was sitting alone at recess and then suddenly I hear the

voice of an angel " Hi I'm Beunka. I'm new here. Would you mind showing me around?" I turn to

see the most beautiful girl in the world (second to Sarah of course) staring at me with big blue eyes.

Beunka's POV

OMG he is so cute! I see him staring at me not saying a word. "Hello?" I ask. He shakes his head.

"Sorry" he said " um yeah sure! I'd love to show you around!" Inside I was ecstatic.

As we were walking we got into conversation. "So what brings you here" he asks. "Um my dad got a

promotion for his job so we moved down here from Queensland" I replied. The deeper the

conversation got I noticed 2 things. 1) we have so much in common and 2) I think I might have a

crush on him. EEK! I know I have only known him for what? half and hour but seriously he is

totally dreamy. Let's hope he doesn't have a girlfriend.

Jai's POV

We have so much in common! I think I may like her but I don't wanna come on too strong. After I

finish showing her around we head back to the lunch tables. "Thanks for showing me around" she

says. "No probs. Maybe we can hang out tomorrow at lunch?" I ask nervously. She smiles. "Of

course! See you tomorrow"
