I woke up to the sound of an alarm clock. "Five more minutes.." I half yelled as I slammed the snooze button.
"It's not like you're going to school, you need to get up when your alarm goes off. It's set for a reason." I slowly open my eyes and start remembering everything that happened.
My eyes drift over to Cole standing in my doorway with his arms crossed. "You're probably the most lazy one I've had." He shakes his head and walks toward my bed.
"Don't do that! It's cold!" I yell at him as he pulls the covers off of me.
"It's not my job to get you up, this better not happen again." He waves me off and walks back into his room.
I glanced at the clock to see that it's 7:03 am. I don't remember signing up for this, I do not enjoy getting up early.

"You'll fold the clothes like this," Summer was showing me how to do all of my chores, when she stops in the middle of her explanation, "exactly like this, or you'll get in trouble." She continues her little tutorial like nothing had happened. I'm starting to get really scared of these people. They must have hurt her really bad...
"Thank you Summer!" I give her the biggest grin and a hug. "You are really helpful."
She seems shocked. "O-oh, no problem." She awkwardly walks off to do her routine without another word. She must not be used to receiving compliments.
"What is this?" Cole came out of nowhere.
"Ohmygosh." I let out in a sigh. "You scared me."
"How can you be so casual when you're doing all of your work completely wrong!" Why is he so angry..?
"I- I didn't mean to.." I immediately look at the floor, because he's so intimidating.
"You are going to be punished for this!" Maybe I should've listened to Summer..
"W-what're you going to do to me..?" My voice is shaking.
For a second I could've sworn that he felt sorry for me. "You're going to the dark room."
"The what?" My head shoots up.
"Come on." He starts dragging me down the hall.
"Hey, wait! I'm perfectly capable of walking on my own!"
"You're getting in trouble and you still have that smart ass mouth." He chuckles. "Fine, you can walk. Just hurry."
Thoughts fill my head. I have no idea what's going to happen to me. What if I end up like Summer? My mind is running a hundred miles an hour. All of a sudden, Cole puts a cloth over my mouth, and I start to lose consciousness...
