Saving a dude!?

The four of them headed toward a very public area, the mall, one thing for sure is that when one place is crowded with many people taking shelter/still having fun because the place didn't close down due to hell breaking loose (literally), one person will be very hard to find. Now their mall wasn't small either it was huge! Which bring up the question of why it wasn't already taken completely over already. But hey if it can be completely functional still, why not. "Jesus, I never thought walking up the mall would be such a pain... We live so close!" Link said. "Uh you were the one who was in a bed for nine years" Jon said. "Hey guys wait up I'm getting a call from my boyfriend" Kayla said. "Are you serious!? You're gonna make us wait in a deadly area for this!? We're literally out in the open ready for death!" Link said angrily. "You can walk and talk right Kayla?" Jon asked. "Yeah" Kayla said. "Then do so" Jon said. "Okay, oh hello? Hey babe, how ya doing?" Kayla said. Link face palmed , Jon shrugged, and Kayla continued to talk. So they moved on, and Kayla kept talking. "Wait what! Oh my God that's horrible!" She put her phone down for a second. "Link" "whaaaat?" "My boyfriend is in trouble, can you save him?" "Ugh, sure... Gimme that" link then snatched Kayla's phone. "Hello?" Link said. "Hey, is this Kayla's ex?" "Yeah that's me... (Asshole), so where are you I'll be on my way" "I'm currently by my apartment which is getting destroyed by demons and now they're coming after me" "okay, where the hell is your apartment?" "Chestnut street" "okay, I'll be there..." Link hung up. "Where you at, 'oh I'm at my apartment' Jesus, she could've at least picked someone smart..." Link said under his breath. He then became the fastest thing alive, Sonic the Hedgehog (The Sonic the Hedgehog series) and sped off. He came back a quick second. "You guys can go without me, I'll meet you there with her boyfriend" Link said as he sped off again. "Chestnut... Chestnut...Ches- Oh Jesus...." Link said as he stopped in front of what seemed to only be Kayla's boyfriend running away like a little *censored*. But he only is running up and down the street, makes you wonder how the hell he isn't dead yet. "Hang on what ever your name is I'll save you!" Link said. "Wait... Kayla's ex was a hedgehog? what the..." Link the looked down, "Oh, right..." Link then became himself again. "Okay, I'll save you whatever your name is!" "Okay hurry it up!" Link then dashed toward the demons. "Three medium sized demons are nothing compared to one Extra, Extra Large demon!" Link said. The demons then noticed him and switched to chasing him instead of Kayla's boyfriend. "Hey thanks!" Kayla's boyfriend said. "I'm not done here yet" "What are you gonna do? and where'd the hedgehog go?" "I swear to- just wait and see" Link said. He then jumped in the air and became the original ghost buster, Pac-Man(The Pac-Man series). "Oh... wrong character... oh well, improvisation!!" Link shouted as he landed on the head of one of the monsters. "I wonder if this will work on the demons since they're also kinda sorta like ghosts... you know from hell and stuff..." Link said as he ate a power pellet, and chomped the fudge outta the demon. "Yep it does" Link then continued to do the same with the other two. Then like that they were devoured. "Oh God that tastes horrible..." Link said as he became himself again. "Hey Kayla's boyfriend, nice to meet you I'm Link" Link said as he held out his hand. "Hi Link, I'm Jesse, nice to meet you" Jesse replied. "ALright now let's meet your girlfriend and my friends at the mall, now I gotta go fast so hold on a sec" Link then became Sonic. "Okay grab my hand and lets go fast!" Jesse then did as hold. Link then sped off.
