She wasn't watching her step.
She and her parents had entered the subway station, and we're trying to figure out which train to take.
They were supposed to take Train C, and then take Train D to get to Central Park.
She was clumsy, and ended up falling backwards, tripping over someone's heavy boots, and knocking down the stranger behind her as well.
She was embarrassed.
