Chapter 7
David's POV (Hunter's father)
Guilt washed over me again as I drove away from the school. I didn't mean to take off like that but when Hunter mentioned Anna's grave, I panicked. Why did I panic? .
Well there were several things I hadn't told Hunter.
Firstly, I knew all about Oscars All Boys Boarding Academy. I had worked out a deal with the Principal to have her admitted. It was easy as her name could be mistaken as a boy's. I wondered for a moment if I had made the right decision, but quickly shook my head to dislodge the thought. Of course it was the right decision.
Another thing I hadn't told Hunter was Claire. I had been seeing Claire for almost 6 months now. We had met in New York 3 months before Hunter and I flew to Japan. We had begun dating and when it came time for Hunter and I to fly to Japan, we didn't want to break up. We were quickly falling in love. So a couple of weeks after we had arrived in Japan, I flew Claire over.
We continued dating with Hunter staying completely oblivious. Claire had wanted to meet her ages ago but I was reluctant. Whenever I thought Hunter was ready, she would bring up something about her mother and I could still see the pain in her eyes.
Soon enough I reached the city again. I hadn't lied when I told Hunter I would be spending an hour...or possibly more... in Salt Lake City. I was meeting Claire here for lunch.
I easily found the cafe where we had arranged to meet. When I walked in I instantly found her sitting at a table by the window. I took in her long black curly hair and her red lips, imagining them on mine. I had missed her so much even though we had only seen each other a few days ago.
"Hey handsome." She said smiling as I reached the table.
"Hello gorgeous." I replied before giving her a peck on the lips.
"So how did Hunter settle in?" She asked before taking a sip of her coffee.
"Err...pretty good." I muttered.
"Uh oh..what happened?" Claire asked.
"Well... she sort of asked if we could go see Anna's grave and I panicked and took off." I blurted.
"Oh honey... you need to tell her about it eventually. Its not fair for her to keep on believing that her mother's grave exists."
I nodded. It wasn't fair to Hunter. "I'll ring her later."
Claire nodded just as we had our food served.
After we finished eating Claire gave me a seductive smile.
"How about we go to the hotel down the street and catch up a little?" She giggled.
I gulped nervously and followed her out of the restaurant, down the street to the hotel and into the elevator...where she attacked me with those bright red lips.

This story has changed plot lines so many times and now its completely gone off the rails! The climax before this chapter was a big football tournament and Hunter helping the team win by catching the other team cheating.
BUT NOW!! What the hell am I going to do??
Any ideas? Come on you guys I need ideas for a plot! Cause I'm just winging it now. Something to do with Claire, Hunter at a boy's boarding school and her mom's grave gone!! :o
PS- I wrote this just after I finished my exam. When I wasn't supposed to. :P I WAS RISKING MY NECK FOR THIS STORY! You are welcome! :D
