I lay in the bath, soaking in the nice warm water. The servant held a towel for me as I climbed out and wrapped it around myself. I turned around and the servant was gone. This is odd. I thought to myself.
Suddenly I heard breathing behind me. I whirled around and found myself fac-to-face with.....
"Luc! What are you doing here? Why...?"
Luc silenced me by kissing me on the mouth. When he pulled back I grinned. He grinned back, messy blonde hair falling into his eyes.
"As soon as you left France I knew I had to come, I borrowed some money from a friend and hopped on the next ship to France." He said, pulling me unto a hug.
"Luc I'm so happy you came!" I hesitated and pulled back. "We need to get permission from the queen or king." I kissed him again, savoring it. "Now go away so the servant can come help me get dressed!" He smirked and walked out. The servant came back and was in a dark mood, but nothing could wipe the smile off my face.
