After a long and uneventful ride, might I add boring, we arrived at my house.

"Wow..." he mumbled. "Your house is gorgeous. Very.. yellow? And flowery."

We look up at my house in a brief silence, admiring the fine detailing of the trims and the vines arching their way up the roof.

I grinned, replying: "Yeah! It's sort of me and my dads drift. I do most of the gardening while he's working... Yellow was his favorite color so I encorperate it as much as possible."

He simply smiled and nods. "What about your mom?"

"Left having me. Just me and my nanny here, and my dad visits once or twice a year." Which admittidly, he is what I would call, a gypsy.

"Oh.. I'm sorry... If it makes you feel better, I've never met my dad" You'd might've. If he'd fricken claim you already! Percy won't be happy.

"Wanna head in?" I asked getting chilly.

"Yup!"

And with that we pranced inside like two jolly horsemen. Not really. More like a sayter.

"Wanna grab a snack first?" I asked him.

"Depends, what does your abode have? I like cheese and crackers, or Doritos." I chuckle and click my tongue at his pickiness.

"Whatever you say you royal pain in the 'hiney."

I grin as he pouts, his lower lip juts out in the slightest, and pat his cheek reassuringly. "Its okay you're the best royal pain yet." I smile at him and grab some cheetos from the back of the pantry and look back at him.

"Now, my room?" I smile. He raised an eyebrow and I noticed his lips moving but I didn't hear because he was murmering for the most part. "Hmm?"

He chuckled softly, clearing his voice, much like a man of high power would to gain attention of his peers. "I said you have to buy me dinner first." I like the how this boy thinks.

"Touche." He grins, but I continue "Now, are you coming to my room, or nah?"

"Fine fine yes, lets go little friend." I ignore the short joke pointedly. "Now lets go see this amazing room of yours." I start pulling him towards the door, forgetting all about the quote i put on it.

"Káthe télos eínai mia néa archí̱" I say. "That means-" "'Every ending is a new beginning'?" He looks at me, curious.

I nod "Yeah! How do you know greek?" He seems to get more confused by this. "I didn't think i could..." He tells me.

I pull him into my room and sit him on my bed. "Okay, Cory, I need you to be completely honest with me right now, okay?" He nods obediently, "Can you do anything special? In an abnormal way." He nods again, this time shyly. "Can you show me?" Now he shakes his head no. "Please Cory. I'll show you what I can do that's special, if you show me what you do." He nods.

I smile at him, as i hold a thing of water. "Mars, why do you even have that?" He asks me laughing. "Emergency purposes'." He just shakes his head at me.

"Okay." He holds up his hand and i watch closely. Slowly a little ball of fire appeared in his hand. "I knew it!" I shout standing up, fit pumping in the air. He closes his hand around the fire, extinguishing it. "Now its your turn." He tells me. I grin and pour some of the water in my hand before blowing it right at Cory. He quickly covered his face to block the splash that never came, right before it hit him, I turned the water into flower petels. He still had his face covered so he did he it yet. "Dude, heres a hint, my mom is the goddes of flowers, do you really think my power has to do with splashing you with water?" He looked up, confused. Then he saw the peteals. "Oh my god."

"Actually, gods." I corrected, grinning sheepishly.
