*Kim's POV*

A few minutes after a counsellor lit up the fire, Sera pulled me aside.

"Hey, I was thinking-" She started.

"Well that's a first." I retorted.
She let out a huff before continuing.

"I wonder if anyone here witnessed the murder?"

"Really, bud? Still talking about your fairytale?" I shook my head.

"It's real!" She insisted, "If we ask around, maybe you'll believe me."

"Alright, fine. I'll play your game for a while."

"Who should we question first?"

"Don't care." I rolled my eyes. "What about weird hair guy?"

"Sure." We ran over to Marvin. He was surrounded by boys. Great. "We have to make a distraction."

"I have an idea" I smirked.

"Kim, what are you up to?" Sera said with a concerned look.

"Help! Help I can't breath!" I screamed. Everyone froze. I fell to the ground fake choking. All the boys panicked and ran around. Yay, Marvin was alone. Everyone ran to help me while Marvin stood around, useless. Sera took the opportunity to interrogate him.

"So, have you been here before?" Sera smiled innocently.

"Uh, no. Just started working here." He replied. "Hey, is your friend okay?"

"Oh yeah, she's just distracting the boys." She murmured.

"Wait, what?" He looked at her confused.

"Nothing! I'll go help her now." She finally finished, running back up to me.

"There you are!" I yelled when she returned, "Some random dude was doing the hymlick manoeuvre on me and I had to pretend to have a marshmallow in my mouth!"

"Yeesh. Okay let's go interrogate Michelle." She laughed, assuming she noticed how red my face was from the whole choking scene.

We both went over.

"So, Michelle..." I started.

"Hey girls! We're about to play a game so we'll have to talk later."

"But-"

"Go get in line ladies!" She pushed us towards the other girls and walked away.

"We'll have to question her during the game. Great." Sera sighed of frustration.

There was a whole plot thing about how we had to blow out these candles to save some chick. All the counsellors disappeared.

Sera and I teamed up, heading down the path.

As we were walking, a person jumped out of a bush and shined a flashlight at us.

"Ha! Got you! Now you have to go back to the fire." A male voice told us.

We turned back around, heading back to the campfire.

"Are all of the counsellors dressed like that? How are we gonna find Michelle?" Sera questioned.

"Are those the hooded killers in the legend?" I nudged her shoulder, holding back a laugh.

"Shut up. It's real." She was getting impatient with me at that point.

After getting back to the fire, a guy dressed like Indiana Jones told us to walk around it to come back to life.

We circled it, and that's when I noticed a women with straight brown hair standing a bit off to the side.

"We should question her." I pointed her out to Sera.

"Eloise?"

"Ya."

"Whatever."

We walked over and clinged to her in fear. That dude had actually scared us.

"So Mme,"

"Mme! No no no. I'm not Mme. It's Eloise."

"Oh okay. So not Mme," I said. She laughed. "Have you ever been here before?"

"Oh, you know.." She laughed nervously, "A few times..."

"Maybe you've been here twenty years ago?" Sera asked.

"Maybe I have." She nodded, "What are you girls getting at?"

"Do you know about the legend?" Sera beamed.

Eloise turned pale. "I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about..."

"She knows something!" Sera shouted.

"Shh!" I silenced her, "I've got this."

I turned back to Eloise. "So, if I asked you about a murder, you wouldn't know anything?"

"It was... A long time ago..." She stuttered.

"And if I told you I saw a dead corpse in the woods a few minutes ago?"

A look of panic washed over the counsellor's face.
"What?!" She yelled.

"Aha! You do know something!" Sera stated.

"Pfft, no...." She trailed off. "Wow look at that sunset!" We rolled our eyes.

She finally sighed in defeat. "Okay, fine. I... was a survivor of the murder twenty years ago."

We both gasped. "Really?" I was intrigued, "What happened?"

She shut her eyes, as if she was trying to remember what happened. "It all happened so fast..."

"One second, this guy named Jack was being annoying, and the other I was being dragged into the woods. I thrust, and managed to escape the person's grasp. I ran and ran, and saw a dead body that belonged to my friend Jacy. I managed to get out of the camp and found a gas station with a phone to call my mom."

Suddenly, a blood-curdling scream blared through the woods.

Eloise's eyes cracked. "Oh no. It's happening."
