The next morning I woke up; thoughts were running through my mind about George. He seemed so friendly and sweet and his gorgeous face was irresistible. I had had ( had had heheh, to many h's!) a dream about him. Where we walked along a rope together... Don't ask. I don't get the rope part either; trust me.
Anywho, it was 10:30 and I didn't know what to do. It was too late to go to the coast ( 1hr journey); I'd been to the town the previous day and didn't want to seem like a stalker anyway if I visited George. So I decided to sing. OOOH so creative and amazing! I didn't just sit in my room and sing. No I'm not THAT sad, luckily. I went downstairs and learnt how to play some instrumentals on the keyboard; then added my voice in later ;). Professional... Am I right?! Afterwards I skyped my friends. It felt like a century since I had seen them! We all smiled; even though we were dieing inside. Me and my bestest friend ( Nat) missed each other so much! I had been bullied at all my other schools so I....treasured my friends. People used to bully me and call me fat. I would run home and cry; the bullies drained all traces of confidence and happiness out of me...Depressing, I know :(.
* ding dong* I heard a knock at the door. I looked through the glass to see who it was...I couldn't see anyone? I sighed at the thought of a evil child doing "knock down ginger" or a weird game; but opened the door nonetheless. To see a cute boy! It was the same one that hit me with a ball! Archie!
"Mummy said you can come to our house to play because your mum and your daddy are coming to ours for some food... YUMMMY :). But they can't eat all the food coz I love food...!" I giggled, trying not to sound rude. He spoke in such a adorable tone and manner and just went on and on. But in a cute way. Of course ;). But baby cute, not attractive cute, obviously. I gleefully nodded and followed this kid to his house. I made sure to follow right behind so that I wouldn't loose him. Yes I know...overprotective. Wasn't even my child!
Archie's parents were really welcoming and friendly. They told me their other son would be back from his work soon. Which I was genuinely excited about because maybe he knew George!Yes, I was having other wierd predictions about George. Until then, me and Archie played with a range of toys, ran around, fell over and danced... Around a pole? Yes usual,I know. 5 minutes into our pole dancing .... OOOH! No no no dancing round pole ( that's better) workout we heard the doorbell chime. Archie sped to the door. Calmly I followed. As I said before.. I don't run in awkward situations. I stopped near the back garden door; as I felt a bit like an intruder.
"So what have you been up to little munchkin?" The mysterious brother asked; sounding like he actually cared. I heard Archie blabber on about our fun and erm... Dancing. The brother just giggled in response. Let me add here they stopped in the entrance to have a little conversation. Leaving me "hanging" at the back of the house.. Waiting, almost.
At a time like this... I chose to go on my phone. Yes, I am sociable. Luckily I had this life saver in my pocket... But it was the only thing I had brought with me. So I was well equipped.(hint of sarcasm ;)) I heard them walking through the hallway, so looked up to see Archie. Followed by.... GEORGE?!?
"OMG.... Lottie?"
"GEORGE?!"
He ran up to me and gave me a big hug. Awww alert ! I didn't really understand why we were so excited to be honest. But I was really excited!
"You're my new neighbour?"
"Guess so." I grinned. Be cool Lottie, I thought. George on the other hand; pulled my into another hug.
The rest of the evening flew by! Me,George and Archie played about 5,000 board games. Not the most funnest thing to do... I know. But the fact that I was spending my evening ; with the most adorable little boy and a rather fit guy.... Made me not really care what we did. Every time we laughed together; I would smile just a little more. It was normally harder for me to be excepted this quickly. My parents came at about 8ish and we had dinner... As you do. It was yummy; if it interests you :).
After, Archie was sent up to bed; whilst the rest of us just had our own conversations.
"Well we better be going! Thankfully Lottie has the keys... Coz we don't!" Mum chucked joyfully. What? I didnt bring my keys... I only brought my phone.I thought.
"Umm... Mum I didn't bring any keys." I admitted.
"Oh.. Guys that's fine you can stay here until tommorow and use our clothes. Then you can get a locksmith to open the door, because I doubt you'll find someone at this time!" George's mum offered. My parents gratefully agreed and discussed sleeping plans. I could sleep in the spare room; so that wasn't a problem!
George kindly set up the bed in my room and his mum gave me some of her clothes to wear. Such a lovely family! As soon as George left my temporary room; I fell asleep. I was too tired. It had turned 12:00... Ok. Haha. The next morning I woke up to find a piece of paper next to me.....
