The night was worm, almost hot with the dry summer air. Dean and Sam were sweating for they had been running all night. The full moon had lightened the thick mountain filled desert. "We need to get on a mountain," Sam breathed heavily. "This wolf is well controlled and knows what she's doing!"
"She's just defending herself, Sammy," Dean called following Sam up a tall mountain. "Maybe this isn't the wolf that we were looking for."
"Are you sure this is a werewolf?" Sam said as they reached the top. "We should head back I the hotel," he sighed. Dean gave him a confused look. "I shot a tracker in her earlier. She's not going anywhere without us knowing about it."
"Talk about extreme stalking," Dean sneered. Sam glared at him. "That chick is defiantly the wolf were after. I don't know why you want to let her go."
"How can you know for sure?" Sam asked looking around for any sign of the girl. "She running from us. A wolfs instinct is to attack when threatened."
"I know she's a wolf," Dean huffed. "She growled at me!"
"A lot of women growl at you Dean," Sam laughed. "It's like a natural instinct to growl when seeing your face." Dean leans over and growled at Sam in his face. Without hesitation Sam swung his hand and slapped Dean across his face.
"Ow," Dean wined.
Sorry," Sam said walking away. "Like I said, instinct."
Dean rolled his eyes and followed his brother. "Well, someone's killing these people. If it's not her then who is it?"
"I don't know," Sam thought for a second. "Let's have Johnson come down and watch things here while we follow the girl."
"Fine," Dean grouched. "I'm not calling that dick though. Pisses me off."
Sam pulled out his phone and searched though the contacts and got Johnson on the phone. As the phone rang Sam and Dean made their way to their old black impala. "Helloooo," a cocky voice answered to the rings.
"Hi Johnson," Sam sighed.
"Sammy boy!" The old man called. "How's it rolling kiddo?"
"Don't call me that," Sam sighed. "You know that favor you owe me. Mind if I cash it in right about now?"
"Sure why not," Mr. Johnson laughed. "Just siting round getting old. Where you at?"
"Rio Rancho, New Mexico," he said opening the car door. "We're expecting it to be a werewolf or something of the sorts. There are two and there splitting up. I don't know why, but I'm expecting their not fond of one another."
"No problem," he said. "Hey, not that I'm complaining about the job, but why can't Dean stay behind and slaughter the beast?"
"Both animals are extremely dangerous, and I don't trust Dean with sharp objects without my permission," Sam said sarcastically. Dean glared at his brother with annoyed look.
Johnson gave out a chuckle and said, "alrighty Sam boy, I'll check in with ya once I find it."
"Thanks Johnson," Sam said then hanging up.
"Why do you always do that?" Dean huffed.
"Do what?"
"Make me sound like a helpless baby!"
"Because your short and have a bad temper," Sam sighed not liking the the music that Dean had put on. "Metallica. Really?"
"Never speak badly about the greats. They will come and haunt your ass faster then you can cry for help."
Sam let out a grown and leaned back into his seat and quickly drifted off to sleep.

Stiles sat anxiously on his bed with his hands buried into his hair. His foot began to tap making Scott who was sitting in the office chair nerves as well. "Have you told your dad?" Stiles nodded quickly.
"He said it has to be 48 hours to report a person missing," he yawed. Scott knew that his friend hadn't had any sleep since Malia disappeared. "You didn't see her man," he said shaggily. "I got mad at her, I don't know what for, but it was something stupid, and she ran. I thought she was going home, but then she didn't show up at school and when I went to go check on her, Mr. Tate was freaking out saying she didn't show up last night."
"Stiles," Scott sighed. "This wasn't your fault. We will find her." Stiles nodded but he didn't trust Scott words.
Scott's phone began to buzz. Not expecting a call he glanced at his phone. He quickly answered it in confusion. "Malia!" He said surprised at the name glowing on his phone. "What the hell happened? Where are you?"
"I got mad at Stiles so started to run, and somehow I landed up in New Mexico," Maila said naturally. "But Scott there's something else," Scott noticed now that Maila was breathing heavily.
"What's wrong?"
"Where is she?" Stiles whispered loudly.
Scott pointed her finger upwards signaling Stiles to keep quiet. "There were these two guys. They smelled weird. They started asking me all these questions. Turns out their hunters and they started shooting at me."
"God," Scott said worried. "Are you alright?"
"Yeah," she said. "Don't know if their following me or not. Should I come home?"
"Yes," Scott said quickly. "Come home and if they come I'll deal with it."
"Okay," she said about to hang the phone up. "Oh, and I know Stiles is sitting right next to you so tell him he's an ass and I hate his guts."
"Hey!" Stiles said into the phone. "I heard that!"
"I know," Malia laughed and hung up the phone.
Stiles smiled. "You know in Malia language that means I'm an angel and she wants to cuddle with me."
Scott rolled his eyes. "Okay," Scott sighed with a laugh. "She was in New Mexico."
"Why?"
"Who knows," Scott huffed genuinely loudly.
"There something else isn't there?" Stiles asked knowing most of Scott's reaction to things. Scott nodded. "What is it?"
"There are hunters after Malia," Scott said into the palm of his hands. "I'm not worried, because I know Malia is smart and she can take care of herself, but if the hunters manage to track her here. That could be a major problem."
"No Scott," Stiles pleated towards his best friend. "You're staying out of things remember? You're going to college because for some reason those idiots excepted you."
"It'll be fine Stiles," Scott insisted. "I will just check with Mr. Ardent to see if these guys are dangerous and in then I'm making sure all of my pack is safe."
"Fine," Stiles said wearily laying on his bed. "But is you don't go within this month to that damn college, I will drag your wolfie ass down there no matter what the hell is going on. Even if the world ends, you my friend are going to college."
"Go to bed Stiles," Scott said rolling back in the chair. "Your brain is loosing brain cells so you becoming delusional."
"Shut up," Stiles laughed laying down on his bed. "I'm alway....s," he yawed. "I'm always like this. So screw you." Almost immediately after he spoke Stiles drifted off to sleep.
Scott called Lydia and Kira to let them know Malia was alright. They both sighed in relief. He left out the part about the hunters, he didn't understand it, but Scott had an extremely bad feeling that he couldn't shake.

"She stopped," Sam said looking at his tracker first thing in the morning. Dean was still asleep, so Sam grabbed the pillow on his side and aimed for his brothers face. The brothers had been sleeping in a hotel in Arizona where they spent the night waiting for the wolf to stop. Dean let out and annoyed grown. "SHE STOPPED!" Sam called loud enough for his brother to here in his half dream half hang over state.
"Who... stopped what?" Dean mumbled.
"The wolf stopped," Sam repeated.
Finally realizing what Sam had been talking about, he sat up in his bed and asked, "where is she?"
Sam looked closer at his tracker. "A place called..." He looked closer at the tracker. "Beacon Hills, California."
Dean sat up. They were staying in a hotel in northern Arizona, because they where tired of sleeping in the car. "So," Dean said getting out of bed. "She could just be making a pit stop."
"Don't think so," Sam replied. "No she's been circling this town for a while. I think she lives there." The brothers quickly cleaned up and got on the road again. "I've been doing research on this Beacon Hills place. Turns out there have been multiple strange deaths and unexplained disappearances. Hell," Sam said looking at his phone in confusion. "There's even records of inaccurate calls of death."
"So what?" Dean asked trying to get Sam to get to the point. "This small town is some type of housing for the supernatural."
"Damn Dean," Sam said almost laughing. "I don't know what this place is, but I know it's our kind of town."
"Beacon Hills....." Dean said cheerfully. "Here we come."

"I don't know whether to slap you or kiss you," Stiles said running into Malia on the way to Scott's house. He offered her a ride.
She laughed and jumped in the passenger seat of his jeep. "If I slap you it's considered self defense. If you slap me it's considered abusive. I would extremely consider your second option."
Stiles smiled and they rapped their arms around one another.
Later, on the front porch of Scott's home most of the pack sat together discussing the hunter matter. "I didn't know there any other hunter other then the Archers," said eating a sandwich. Next to him sat Hayden who seemed worried about the situation. Hayden is new to being a where wolf and has more trouble then most during a full moon.
"You think it's just us out there?" Scott sighed. "There are things all over the world that hunters like the Ardent's and other hunter teach there children how to hunt."
Stiles also looked nerves. "What are we so posed to do if they come? What am I so posed to do if they go after you guys?"
"Calm down Stiles," Scott breathed. "No one is to confront or attack the hunters, even if you feel threatened."
Everyone nodded agreeing with Scott's request except for Lydia who seemed to disagreed, "I think Stiles is trying to say, what if they don't leave and this becomes an extreme problem?" Lydia was serious. "It's not like we can all pretend to be normal human beings no efface Stiles and Mason. But Scott your betas have trouble controlling themselves as it is, and a full moon is coming out soon. Parish and I hardly have any control over what we do. Something always goes wrong Scott. I think you would have figured that out already."
In his gut he knew Lydia was right. Something would go wrong and someone's would get hurt. That's what happens. That's what always happens. Finally Kira spoke noticing Scott's worried expression, "we'll figure it out," she said confidently, "we always do."
Malia kept quiet. She was positive this whole situation was her fault. She felt sick of the idea that one of her friends could get hurt or worse because of her petty fight with Stiles. Thanks to Kira's boost of confidence Scott felt better. "Malia do you have any descriptions on the two guys that where chasing you?"
Malia nodded. "Yeah, one of the was tall, kind of long hair for a guy. He seemed nicer then the other. The other was short, and kind of stubborn. They had a lot of the same features so I'm guessing they were siblings. They posed as FBI, but I'm pretty sure the names they gave me were false."
"That's great," Scott said more assured of what was going on. "I'll tell Deaton, but Lydia, can you tell Parish decently what's going on. We need to lay low for a while."
"I though that's what we were doing anyway," Liam interrupted. He looked at Hayden, highly confused and she just shrugged her shoulders unsure of what else to do.
