Lanas pov:

"Do you want to know what I did?" He asked nervously.

"Yes I d-"

"Hey so you are new here. What is your name?" That girl that I met in the line came between us when we were talking.

"My name is Lana."

"Ok..... Can I talk to you in private for a second?" She grabbed my arm and I snatched it away and followed her.

"Sorry" she said referring to my arm.

"Don't talk to him." She said whispering.

What the fuck is she talking about?

"Excuse me?"
"Don't talk to Grayson"
"Why?" I asked annoyed.
"He is dangerous and insane"
"Aren't we all?"
"Yes but most of us didn't do what he did" she said.

He was going to tell me but your bitch ass cut him off.

"Well what did he do?" I said getting scared.

"Most of us in here have a serious health condition, or bad depression. we are put in here when nobody wants us, Like me I have a big depression problem... My parents didn't want me so I am stuck in here but not a lot of us in here have killed people."

"But he did.... ALOT of people."

"But why? I asked.

"No one knows. All we know is to stay away from him."

I look over to him and he's leaning back in his chair smoking a cigarette and reading.

So peaceful.

"Alright well thanks for the information" I said

"If he follows you or hurts you just tell me, my name is Adisyn"

"Okay thank you" I said and walked away to him.

I slowly sat down and took a deep breath before putting the cigarette back in my mouth.

"She told you didn't she?" He said still looking down reading.

"No, she just introduced herself too me." I lied.

"You're lying Lana. Look me in the eye and tell me she didn't tell you what I did" he said angry.

I look down and fiddled with my thumbs

"Fucking bitch. Why can't anyone learn to mind their own god damn business!?" He slammed the book down. He got up and started to walk toward her.

Shit he's going to kill her.

I run after him and step in front of him to stop him before he was even 10 feet away from her.

I put my hands on his chest to stop him and he stops looks down at me and gently put his hands on my hands.

"What the fuck Grayson. Why is this such a big deal to you? Everyone knows even the guards probably know, I was bound to find out sooner or later. Did you not want me to know?" I said bringing my hands down.
