I pulled up my phone and dialed Jase. It took me 3 tries to get to him.

"Who the hell is it?!" He yelled

I am guessing he didn't check the caller ID.

"It's Samuel" I said.
"Oh Samy, wassup?" He asked, his voice sounded curious and worried.
"I'm fine man, I came out of the city to the countryside and forgot to check the gas tank" I replied.
"So? You want me to come pick you up?" He asked.
"No, I want you to write my memorial, write about my struggles to hang on to hope. Of course I want you to come pick me up! Oh yeah, and get some gas on the way" I said sarcastically.
"Alright, I'll be there in a bit" he said and hung up.

I texted him the address. We sat on the sidewalk and discusses how manipulative Trevor was. I found out that the reason no one sat with me in class or during recess was Trevor. He threatened everyone against sitting with me or talking to me. I pretended to be fine with it but inside I was plotting my revenge against Trevor.

"Hey!" Yelled a familiar voice in the distance.

I turned to see Jase on his way towards us.

"I got the gas" He said handing me a can of gas

I then got to work and filled the gas tank of my parents mini van. Once I was done I turned to see Jase and Emma awkwardly standing there.

"Let's go" I said turning to Emma who immediately got into the mini van.
"Thanks man" I said hugging Jase.
"Anytime, see you in school tomorrow" Said Jase and went his way.

We drove back to the city without saying a word, probably because now I know something no one else knows about Emma. Once got close to our house I shut the mini van engine so that I didn't wake anyone up, I sneaked the mini van back into the garage. I turned to her and she hugged me and then spoke.

"See you at school tomorrow" She said and began to walk back home.

I turned away hiding my face and began to walk back to my house and snuck into my room but on my way in I triped on the window frame and landed face first on the floor. I got up and checked my nose, luckily I wasn't bleeding and then the tiredness kicked in and I passed out in front of the mirror on my study table.
