CHAPTER 11

Trix POV

My mother called today,asking me questions that's parents always ask.

I told her I'm fine, doing great actually.

She said that I sound happy and asked if I have boyfriend.

I told her I have someone very dear to me, but I didn't told her it's a woman.

She told me to bring him for dinner next Sunday.

I told Brit.

She is so nervous, it's really funny.

I said that everything will be fine.

Brit crossed her arms and pouted.

"I hope so.." she said.

I pulled her on my lap and hugged her.

"Don't worry, I'll be there beside you. I will hold your hand, I won't let go." I said.

She turned to face me then I pulled her for a kiss.

It's 8 in the morning .

Today is my rest day and I'm expecting Brit to come over.

I got out of bed, took a shower and wore some red tank top and black shorts then went to the kitchen.

I cooked some spaghetti and bought some chocolate ice cream.

My phone rang, I looked at the caller name , It's Brit.

"Hi Baby Bear!" I said.

"Hey Love. I'm at my dad's restaurant right now..and I'm kinda busy helping him." she said.

"What?..Aren't you coming?" I frowned.

"Awww..you missed me already?" she teased.

"Of course I missed you!, I always do." I said, Brit laughed.

"I missed you too. Don't worry I'll be there at 6 p.m." she said.

"Alright. I'll wait for you. I Love You ." I said

"Yeah Trix, I Love You Too" she said then ended the call.

I sighed softly and sat on the couch at the living room.

It's lonely when she's not here.

I've spent my time watching movies.

I also ate some spaghetti and ice cream, I don't want it to waste.

The clock is ticking slowly.

I just stared at the time ,showing me it's 4 p.m..

I run my fingers through my hair frustratedly.

Then someone knocked at the door.

I stood up excitedly hoping it's Brit, but when I opened it,I stared at the two people in front of me.

"Ma? Pa?...What are you doing here?!" I said with a raised brow.

They both hugged me tightly.

"Won't you invite us in first?" Pa said as he smiled.

"Oh...sorry. Come in." I said as I opened the door for them.

"Ma,Pa...please explain what the hell are you doing here?" I said as I sat beside them on the couch.

"Trixy don't talk like that." Ma said as she crossed her arms and Pa just chuckled.

"We've visited some friends here and we thought we should stop by ,cause your place is a few blocks from them and ..." Pa said.

"What?" I asked.

"We wanted to meet the lucky guy." Pa said with a smile.

"Ughh...sh-...I mean busy" I said.

"He's busy?" Pa asked.

"I'll tell you everything late-" I said ,but someone opened the front door.

Oh my God! Shit!

Brit walked to the living room with wide eyes.

Fuck!..

Brit looked at me and smiled.

I faked a smile at her and mouthed a 'sorry'.

"Oh, who's this fine young lady?" Ma asked and both of my parents stood up.

I quickly walked beside Brit and held her hand, squeezing it tightly.

My parents stared at us.

"Ma ..Pa..This is Britanny." I said.

"It's nice meeting you dear" Ma said as she hugged her.

"Hello kiddo" my Pa said then shook her hand.

"Mam, Sir, It's a pleasure to meet you both. Would you like to eat? I've brought some food." Brit said calmly.

I gazed at her, I thought she's nervous, but she looked cool as always.

"Ma ,Pa let's eat!, I'm starving!." I said then pulled my parents to the dining room.

I looked back at Brit, she smiled then mouthed 'I'm okay'

During the dinner. Ma is staring at Brit and I.

Pa just ate casually, ignoring us.

I sighed.

"Ma..What is it?" I asked as I looked at her.

"Do you have something to tell us?" Ma asked.

I gazed at Brit, she looked calm, but I know she is so nervous deep inside.

I took her hand squeezing it then I smiled at her.

She smiled back and gripping my hand back, her hands her cold.

"Ma ..Pa.. This is Britanny, my grilfriend." I said, my gazed never breaking from them.

Ma looked shocked, well of course she does,while Pa just stared at us nodding her head.

"Are you serious Trixy?! she's a woman!" Ma said as she stared angrly at both of us.

"Ma I Love her and I don't care about what you think." I said.

"I Love your daughter very much, everything about her, I loved deeply." Brit said.

Ma just sighed.

"It's fine by me. It's not my business who you will love." Pa said then smiled.

Ma stood up and left the dining room then I heard the front door slammed.

"Trixy..Please give your mother some time, she just need time to absorb everything." Pa said as he stood up,then we went to the front door.

"Brit,please don't hurt my daughter,okay?" Pa said as he hugged us both.

"Of course Sir, I love your daughter." Brit said as she held my hand.

"Okay, be good you two. Take care,bye." Pa said then went out the door.

"Brit will you stay the night? please?" I said with puppy eyes.

"Umm...let me think.." Brit said.

"I think you don't want to stay.." I said as I pouted.

"Awww I'll stay, okay?, don't be sad." Brit said as she cupped my face, giving me a peck on my lips.

"Yay! you'll stay!" I said then dragged her to my room.

We we're laying on my bed, gazing at each other.

Brit pulled me closer , she wrapped her arm around my waist.

I hugged her tightly and just like that we fell asleep.
