If you wake up at 4:34 Its too late. Keep your head down don't acknowledge its presence. If you do it will either give you a heart attack or drag you to the place. Keep your head down, pretend to be half asleep if you do it might go away. Walk to the kitchen and don't grab a knife it will think your trying to harm it, instead just make a glass of water and leave a trash bag. DON'T DRINK THE WATER, just leave it there. It will save you. It will pretend to go away until 5:00 but don't go back to sleep until 5:15 or it will pull the covers. If you have accomplished these tasks you will be heading back to your room don't look to the left or right it will be standing there. When you get to your bedroom turn off your computer the thing on the screen is not what was there. When you go to bed take off your clothes and put them in your drawer but don't look up Keep Looking Down. Don't feel what's in the drawer just put the clothes in. They will get stuck don't look up just shove them in and close the drawer. When going to bed don't get your feet to close to the edge it will grab your ankles. Just go to sleep. Ignore your bed rocking just go to sleep don't open your eyes it will know your awake. You will start to feel breathing on your face but DON'T OPEN YOUR EYES!
