Violet meant the world to pearl. Whenever she looked at her, it's like time stopped, and they were left there together for that one fleeting moment before being wiped away by the blaring music and blinding lights of the club. This was the life they had gotten used to, and they both loved it.
Violet had been off doing BOTS somewhere in Europe, meaning pearl had the apartment to herself. This was the perfect opportunity to put her plan into action.
Vi and pearl had been dating for god knows how long and pearl wanted to do something special for their anniversary, she wanted to propose.
She bought the ring and the plane tickets, she was going to surprise Vi while she was on tour.
A few days later, pearl was waiting anxiously backstage while violet was performing. The music began to slow down, unbeknownst to vi, but this was all part of pearls plan. The lights dimmed as pearl walked on stage, a single spotlight on her, and the other on vi.
