Emma's point of view:
I woke up and it's officially summer! And I just remembered dad said he would get me Magcon tickets if I got all good grades on my report card. Which now that I remember come in today!
I ran out of the house and grabbed the mail. And right at the top marked in big red letters To the parents of Emma Roe. This is what I've been waiting for! I ran inside and knocked on my dads office.
D:Yes?
E:I got my report card for you
D:ok let me see this
I handed him the envelope and watched with hopeful expression
D: it's even better than good grades it's great all a's!!!!!
He got onto his computer and asked what tickets I wanted
E: VIP PLEASE!
he looked at me with a shocked expression
D: those are 150 dollars Emma
E:please!!!!
D:fine
I saw him order them...it was real...I was gonna meet him. I ran out of the room and started planning for Magcon because it's two days away! All of a sudden my phone dinged
