There's something in the garbage

Creepy...

Now before I start this, I just want to let you all know I'm not lying, this is all true, no one will ever believe and no one ever did. That's why I bring it to the Internet. Believe what you want, but I know what I saw and I saw something that I wished I would've never seen. This happened a couple years back.
    It was a crisp day in August, I just moved from my parents house into a house close to where my college was. I have this neighbour named Joe. A couple days back he informed everybody that he was a convicted sex offender. But I thought nothing of it. Now this may sound a bit weird, but me and my neighbour share a garbage bin, but that's not the weird part. I like to search the dumpster for valuable garbage. You know.. The usual appliances, electronics, art etc. Now that that's out of the way, I lived alone in a quiet neighbourhood In the heart of Chicago. So you know crime rates are quite high. So during my normal morning routine, I went downstairs to take out my garbage, I got outside, and threw it in. Nobody was out since it was about 7 am. Nobody is awake at this time so I decided to go scrounging around. As I was looking around I found a smart phone. Nothing out of the ordinary. Name brand and it looked in very good condition. I was wondering why my neighbour would leave this in the garbage but it came to me that maybe it fell inside. Either way I was going to look through the phone. So I did what I usually do, brush my teeth, eat breakfast, went to school, then came back home. I tried turning the phone on but it had no battery life. I plugged in the charger (luckily it had the same charger port) and It turned on as expected. It booted up normally as it should and weirdly, it didn't have a passcode. Take into concept that my neighbour was in his 60s so I understand why. It didn't look out of the ordinary, it had everything it was supposed to have browser, messaging, phone, App Store etc. But something caught my eye, Notes. Your probably saying "oh it's just notes you weirdo" but I've Seen some off things from peoples notes. So I opened it and saw one file named "READ" in big bold letters. I opened it and it said " look at MasterSafe app, password: MonkeyChime64
    I searched and found the app named "MasterSafe" and as soon as I pressed it, it said "PASSWORD: I entered the password and it accessed me to a lot of files with weird names like C-8 or C-4. I opened them and I saw pictures of young girls 4-13, I was weirded out and I felt sick to my stomach. Then I did the biggest mistake of my life. I opened a certain file called Naked and I saw a girl no older than 6 getting changed. I almost vomited at the horrific sight. I dropped the phone and quickly dialled the police with my home phone and told them to get the hell over to my house.
    The police arrived and I gave them the phone and they arrested the man for having nudes of a minor. They said they will update me with more detail. The police checked the dumpster and found more things.. Pictures of underage girls, videos on a LABTOP of a nude child showering, and Even a ..... A rape tape of a young girl.. Every time I think of the old man, I feel like someone's watching me, slowly taking out their camera and taking pictures. Maybe it's just my paranoia but it terrifies me to this day.
    Update: The young lady in the picture was actually a girl from the house down of mine. I don't live there anymore but I feel bad for that girl who had to hear about it.
