Emma's pov.

Today Ke and I are finishing up the tree house while Malachi and Abby are building a raft out of bamboo. Hoping the raft will float and get us out of here. It really is beautiful here ,but all of us have lives that we need to attend to. "Ke, what are we going to do about our jobs?", I ask

"I'm sure our bosses will understand that we didn't purposely get lost on an island", he answers

"Plus, this is like a vacation, enjoy it while you can even though we don't know how to get off the island", He says

"What I'm trying to say is, is that enjoy the scenery", he smiles while looking at the beach

After an hour of working on the tree house we've managed to build our walls and floor for the tree house

"Now tomorrow we just need a roof", I smile

"Wow guys this is amazing", I hear Mal say

Wow he's actually being nice

"Thanks", I smile putting my arm around Isaac's waist

We climb down the tree and I cook some fish Mal and Ke ended up catching

"This is amazing", Ke says

"Thanks, but you two are the ones who caught the fish", I smile

They both smile

* 7 a.m the next morning *

I decide to go look for some more fruit when I see a Scolopendra gigantea ( a venomous centipede ) and being me I scream. It starts to get on my foot and I freeze and scream non-stop

"Emma, where are you!" , I hear Ke yell

"Over hear!" , I cry/yell

"Emma what's wrong?", he asks

I just point to my foot crying

"Oh gosh", he winces

"Help!", I yell

He walks over to my foot and picks it up by its end and he drops it as soon as it's away from my foot and squishes it

He runs to me and hugs me

"Why were you so scared?", he laughs

" it's very poisonous", I wince

"Oh, I'm glad you screamed then", he hugs me tighter

"Ok, we need to finish the tree house now", I say as I start to walk be to the other two

"Definitely", he says
