it was a very peaceful monday morning. the sun is shining very brightly, the birds are chrping very harmoniously and i am fucking late for school.

with my usual black hoodie, and ripped jeans, i hurriedly grabbed my bag and sprinted my way to school.

as i was nearing the almost closed gates of our campus, i saw my friends trying to distract the guard from closing the gates. i ran even harder until i safely stepped my foot on the tiled floor of the building's lobby.

"yah! you brat! i told you to last night to stop playing overwatch and sleep early, right" seokjin said while fuming in anger

he looked like he'll burst soon; with his neck and ear already getting red from anger and his nose that looks like it'll blow fire anytime soon

"let's just ditch the first class, we're already late anyways" namjoon said which earned him a smack on the head from seokjin

"8:15, you've improved quite a lot, jeon" taehyung said with a side smirk plastered on his face

"yeah, you used to wake up at 8:15" yoongi said as hoseok laughed with him.

"wow, yoongi! you're the one to talk" i said

"well, i got a very effective alarm clock for this year" he said while shrugging

"what is it?" taehyung asked

hoseok suddenly looked at us playfully and said something that made us all cringe

"my tongue"

our first subject was english with miss song, our teacher who always seem to be sleepy.

"thank god our first teacher was ms. song" taehyung said while preparing his stuff for our next subject

"now i know why jungkook and yoongi are her favorite students" seokjin said and hoseok laughed with him as if it was the pinnacle of comedy

"at least i get high marks in her subject unlike jungkook" yoongi said as he sips the coffee on his tumbler that he carries everyday.

we were walking down the hallway to our next class when we saw a girl and a boy who looks lost

"are they new here?" taehyung asked silently

"i think so" hoseok answered

we approached them and they teared their eyes from their notebooks and looked up to us

"umm, hi!" seokjin asked

"oh, hi! can i ask you something?" said the girl

"yeah! shoot"

"may i know where the dance department?"

"this building is the dance department, the one on the left wing is for the acting majors and the one on the right is for music majors" namjoon answered

"thank you so much! i'm minji by the way" she said

with the mention of the name "minji", hoseok, yoongi, taehyung, seokjin and namjoon suddenly whipped their heads to me. seokjin and hoseok was evidently trying to prevent themselves from laughing.

"why? is something wrong?" minji said curiously

"no, no, it's nothing. it's just that seungcheol is... uncomfortable with the name minji" taehyung said

"and you are?" yoongi asked the boy who has been hiding behind minji the whole time we were talking

"his name is jimin. he's my twin brother." minji said as she stepped a little to the left so we could see jimin better

minji seems to be the energetic and sociable twin while jimin is the shy and more timid one

"we should go to our classes now" namjoon said

"oh, i'm actually going to the acting department. jimin's going to the dance department" minji said

"taehyung and i are actually going to the acting department too. yoongi and namjoon are doing music." seokjin explained

"we'll just take jimin with us, minji. we're going to the dance department too" hoseok said while pointing to me and himself.

"i guess we gotta get going now" yoongi said before we went to our respective classes

we waved to each other.

minji smiled to me.

minji's smile is pretty, but i want to be careful this time.

"hi jimin!" hoseok said energetically to jimin to get him to talk

"hello" jimin said while as he slightly nodded his head to hoseok and his cheeks becoming pink from shyness

"how long have you been dancing?" i asked

"since i was 7 years old. i started with ballet then studied popping a few years after" he said while fiddling with his sleeves

we talked a little more about our dance styles and got to know each other.

i learned that he's the younger twin and that he likes his eggs scrambled.

jimin is a likeable person. the only thing i hate about him is his love for pineapple on pizza.

as we arrive in front of the door to our next class, i looked at jimin.

he smiled at me.

jimin's smile is pretty, and i don't know why there are butterflies flying in my stomach right now.

👽 jin, yoongi, hoseok, and namjoon are all in 2nd year of university. taehyung, jungkook, minji, and jimin are in their first.

👽 jin is 21 years old, yoongi is 20 years old, namjoon and hoseok are 20 years old, and taehyung, jimin, minji, and jungkook are 19 years old.
