Chapter 2: Embarrassment

I rode it really fast. Trying to be faster than lightning. I arrived to school four minutes before the bell rings. I parked my bike and ran down the hallway to the room. Just in time, There's still two minutes.

I sat to my seatmate, Jadelyn. She's more like an emo-type but she's really kind. Her bangs lowered like always. 

"Hi Jadey!" I called her by her nickname.

"Oh. Hi....I kinda have some bad-news." She answered.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Well it's just, some psycho head is telling me to be his girlfriend." She answered in disappointment.

I stayed quiet, trying not to get in her privacy. Then I thought of an idea.

"Don't worry..." I said. "He's not gonna let you melt."

"You think that's gonna work?" Jadelyn asked.

"Uh..Huh! That's gonna work." I said surely.

"Well, thanks." She said.

We heard a foot stomp on her floor. We saw the popular girl in our class, Celestia. Her arm she  crossed feeling like the boss.

"Guess who's almost late?"  She said.

"Not again." I said. Jadelyn gave herself a silent face palm.

"What now Celestia?" I said.

"Oh I just wan't you to be embarrassed at P.E. time." She said confidently.

She left the room. She snapped her fingers and a group of guys came to carry her out of the room.

I was getting nervous of what will going to happen to me. She's a big bully and gossiper.

I was passing through the gym until a guy threw a basketball at  me. I catch it with my right hand. The other guys were like "What the heck. A girl just-". I threw the basketball away and continued to walk. As I pass through another wall I hid there and cooled off my hot, red hand.

"Ahhh...It burns!!!" I screamed a little.

Jadelyn was at my side since we were best friends. A guy came running to us saying "Sorry!".

"Sorry I was a crazy person." The guy said.

"It's okay." I said while smiling a little.

"By the way I'm Ethan. Your's?" He said. He's a gentleman. (LOL)

"I'm Attashia. She's Jadelyn." I said.

 "Hey Jadey, I'm gonna go to my gym locker and wear my P.E.'s okay?" I whispered.

" 'kay." Jadelyn said with a sigh.

I ran to my gym locker. I opened it and saw all my things properly arranged. I shrugged. I took them and went to the bathroom. I placed my hair clip on top of the toilet and began dressing. Then I heard a little splash. I pony tailed my twin-tails and I'm done.

I looked down the toilet and I saw my hair clip on the toilet. I saw the sign that says "No Clogging The Toilet". I don't want a lecture from the principal so I dipped my hand in toilet water only to get it.

"Ugh...... This is so gross...." I groaned.

I heard the whistle so I put the clip under my pocket. It's smells stinky now.

Our teacher called us for a line-up. So we did. My classmates were smelling the stench of toilet water so I kept quiet. Celestia was giggling mischievously at me I don't know why.

We were instructed to run or jog two laps around the whole gym. I guess the wound in my toe is going to hurt a little. I was kinda like skipping until my teacher noticed me. I just ran normally after that. Did I just say "a little"? I mean...A lot!!!!

When we were on the bleachers, Jadelyn asked me "What's that smell?!".

I knew that she knows that there's toilet water in my pocket so she remained silent.

After all that crazy stuff and all..."Dismissal!!!!!" I shouted running down the hallway.

I saw a group of students at the bulletin board.

"OMG did she really did that?" A girl reacted.

"That was so gross" A boy said.

"Never in a million years I'm gonna do that." Celestia said pointing her finger at a piece of photo paper. I smudged myself inside the crowd and saw a picture of me getting my hair clip inside the toilet.

Jadelyn said "That's the worst emotion called 'Embarrassment'.

"Jadelyn!" I said with blushes on my face.

"I'm serious." She said firmly.

"Okay." I said.

I went out of school filled with embarrassment. My face was a red tomato!

I went home so tired.

"Hello Atta-" My mother greeted.

I lied on the couch.

"It looks like you're really tired." She said.

"You forgot about you little brother don't you?" She said with her hands on her waist.

"Attashia!!! Where's my snacks from school!" A boy running down stairs said in excitement.

"I don't have some snacks now Danny..but.." I said to my childish brother.

I gave him a piece of a chocolate chip cookie.

"Hey....You promised it was many...." He said.

"Hey, Attashia, next time bring home some snacks for Danny. Danny, many people out there will just kill you for a cookie." Our mom scolded us.
