Tradition

So it's a tradition for me and Luke to hang out near the beach every night. But for some reason when I went to the beach I didn't see Luke but Percy Jackson. He's the son of Poseidon, which means the only kid left of the eldest gods. He was talking to the water. I walked up slowly trying to be quiet. "Want to explain what's going on? I get healed by water but yet I still don't see how I'm your son." Percy sighed and got up. I hid behind a tree when he turned around to go eat the last meal of the day.

I got a fire started and sat on the hammock near the water and laid down closing my eyes. I started humming a song as my eyes got tired. "Ahh!" I shot straight up fully awake due to screams. I looked over to the camp fire and saw Hades fake demon like figure shooting fireball at people. I ran to see Annabeth and asked her what was going on while Percy was talking to Hades. "Hades has Percy's mom...." My head turned up to Percy as he walked back from Hades who disappeared. "Go to your rooms!" Mr.Brunner yelled at all of us and talked to Percy about some kind of plan. I could tell Percy had his own plan in mind. He wasn't giving up his mom that easy, I could tell in his eyes.

I left the area and went back to my tent. I sat on my spin chair and logged online. I joined a game with Luke and a few others. In chat the guys told me to put the head set on so we don't have to die by using chat. When i turned my headset the first thing is to hear a voice."Sorry I didn't meet you Gina. Was showing Percy around." I ignored him and joined the other team. 2v2v2 Me and Aspen. Luke and Castro. Haphes and Leo. I slayed Luke constantly and after Aspen lost all his lives, I teamed up with Leo after Haphes fell of a cliff. "Hold on guys." Luke paused the game and left us five to chatting amongst ourselves. "Wonder what it is now." Leo was referring to Luke and how he was always leaving the game in the middle. "He probably had to piss." We all laughed and after another ten minutes I went to go check on Luke he was chatting with Annabeth, Grover, and Percy.

As soon as they left I walked in and leaned on the wood. "Ehm" Luke quickly turned his head and smiled at me. "Couldn't wait for me could you." I walked all the way in his room and sat down on his chair. "Actually the rest of the guys have already signed off. I was just about." He tossed me an apple and sat on his bed. We stayed silent for awhile. Then I decided to just speak up. "Dories is having a party tomorrow. Wanna go?" For a moment I was thinking he wouldn't want to go but then he answered. "Sure, only if your my date." Luke winked at me and this weird feeling was deep inside of me I felt myself blush and turned away. "Well night." I smirked tossed the apple in the garbage and left. The rest of the night I wondered what that weird feeling was that I couldn't describe.
