Lost and Found Love

Chapter 1

"Rebecca they're my kids! I have to be allowed to talk to them!"

"I don't want them to get confused Shawn. Now that your officially gone I want to raise them with James as their father. It'll just be hard on them if you keep calling so please just stop. Goodbye."

"Wait Becca..." Shawn sighed miserably and tears welled up in his eyes as he heard the click of the phone signalling that she had hung up.

"Are you okay Shawn?" Hunter asked walking into the room. He had been listening to the whole conversation through the door knowing that his friend might need someone to talk to after that phone call.

"She's trying to take my kids Hunt. I don't know what I'm going to do with my life now." Shawn said tears now actually running out of his previously bright blue eyes.

"It's going to be okay Shawn. She can't take them from you. Your legally their father and they know it. They won't forget and if you need to you can take her to court over this. I've called Vince and let him know what happened so you now have as long as you need off. Feel free to stay here with Steph and I until you get this all sorted out. We don't mind and we want to help you."

"Thanks Hunt but I think I'd just like to be alone for now."

"Sure buddy but I'm here if you need someone to talk to." Hunter said patting Shawn on the back before leaving the guest room in his house.

Shawn sighed remembering the events that had lead up to this. After he had found Rebecca in bed with a man that he could now identify as his neighbour James everything had gone to hell.

She had quickly gotten dressed and came downstairs with James following behind. She had sat him down on the couch and slowly explained how their relationship wasn't working anymore and hadn't been since he went back to work.

He had asked why she didn't just say something to him instead of sleeping with James and she had said she was lonely and James had been their for her. The worst part was when he had asked her how long and she had responded with ever since he started going back to work.

After that he had packed his bags and she told him she would send him the divorce papers through the mail.

He didn't know where he was going but he knew he needed to get out of his house at the moment. That was how he found himself at the airport calling Hunter and asking if he could stay with him and Steph for a little.

Now that he was alone and could stop and think about everything Shawn put his head in his hands and began to weep.

"Why Becca? Why?"

When Shawn woke up the next morning he was in his hotel room bed and his head was killing him! He could barely remember what happened last night but he did know that he needed to get to Raw later tonight.

Groaning he opened his eyes and stretched out his arms nearly screaming and falling out of the bed when his arm hit a small body beside him.

Turning quickly he saw a beautiful sleeping blonde in his bed.

This did slightly shock Shawn because after a night like last night where he was so out of it that he couldn't remember what the hell happened it was extremely rare for him to wake up before his bed partner.

As he was thinking the eyes of the woman began to flicker open and she looked up at him and smiled "Good morning."

"Morning Sweetheart" Shawn said, "I Must've had a rough night last night and I'm sure you were great and all but frankly I've got a killer headache and don't want to deal with this right now so if you could just show your self to the door that'd be greatly appreciated. Bye sugar."

"Really mister!" The woman shrieked angrily making his head pound and him wince. "How dare you! I helped you last night and stayed when you asked me to! I was extremely nice and you were extremely drunk and high. I didn't sleep with you though asshole! God what is wrong with you."

She then looked beside her handing him the aspirin and glass of water for his headache before gathering her coat and storming out the door.

"Oh well" thought Shawn. "Who cares what she thinks. I wish I would have slept with her before she stormed out of here though she was kind of cute. Also, if she was that angry why did she bother to give me this aspirin anyway?"

I'm back!!! Sorry it took so long for this chapter but I was busy. The update for my other HBK story will be up in the next 2-4 days I promise. I'm just finishing it up. Also I know Shawn and Eve don't really seem romantic and still don't know each others names but I promise it will get better.
