Please don't tell people who talk about their problems online that they are annoying or attention seeking. People have their reasons for saying the things they do, and you can't tell them what's true and what isn't about themselves. A few reasons people may want to talk about these sorts of things online are:
1. To find other people who relate, so that they can share stories and maybe end up helping each other out
2. Depending on what it is they're sharing, it may just be to warn people that they could do/say something others may not want to hear about/look at
3. They may be saying it because they want people to try and help them, but don't want to ask directly. Chances are, someone will offer to attempt to help them out a bit eventually
4. And lastly, maybe they're talking about it because it has something good in it. For example, someone could start talking about their self harming so they can go on to say they haven't done it in a month.
So basically, telling people they're annoying or just seeking attention about their problems is stupid. Don't do it.
