A/n: Heyyy! :) This one-shot is to 'Chasin' The Beat Of My Heart' by Austin Moon (A.K.A Ross Lynch) :)

About: Ratliff's visiting family in another state missing his girlfriend. Rydel's all the way back in California missing her boyfriend.

I'm counting every second of the day

"Ratliff? Are you ok? You keep looking at the clock." Ratliff's mom asked her son.

"Yeah." He said still looking at the clock. I just want to see Rydel....He thought.

I'm dying to be seein' your face
Wishin' you were at the door
Can't take another minute more

Ratliff's imagination...

"Ratliff!!!!" Rydel screamed hugging Ratliff when he opeed the door.

"Rydel! What are you doing here?" He exclaimed happily.

"To see you!" She said leaning in to kiss him.

"Is he ok?" Ratliff's grandmother asked.

Ratliff was kissing his pillow.

"Yeah. He'll be fine." Ratliff's mom said.

Some way and somehow
I'm through anticipatin', oh

"i wish I was with you." Ratliff said to Rydel during Skype.

"Me too." She said smiling a little. "But you'll be back in a week!"

"Yeah." He sighed. "But that' too long!"

"RATLIFF!" Rydel screamed when she opened the door to see Ratliff there.

"RYDEL!" He said picking her up and spinning her around.

"I thought you weren't supposed to be home for another 3 days!" She exclaimed when Ratliff set her down gently.

"We came back early!" He said smiling. "i missed you so much!" He said leaning down and kissing her.
