It was a warm, sunny day on the beach.

Judy walked along the sand, enjoying the scenery. She looked at the beautiful waves. She got the urge to go swimming. She carefully stepped in the water, the temperature was just right. She splashed in it, giggling. "Be careful in the water, Judy!" Her Mom warned. "Ok Mom!" Judy said. She splashed around in it some more, cheering. She then got out, feeling bored. She looked over at the tiny group of trees. Out of curiosity, she wandered over to it, and looked in. All she saw were trees and bushes. She walked away, to the beach. She looked at the group of people. Then she saw something in the sand. She walked over to it out of curiosity. It was a seashell! As she grabbed it, a white hand stopped in front of her. She looked up to see a square headed man, wearing a brown suit with gold trimmings wearing a red scarf-tie with a black top hat with a brown stipe and gold buckle on his head. "Oh, sorry!" He said. "It's ok." Judy replied. She held the seashell in her hand. The block-headed man cleared his throat. "Well, it's nice to meet you!" He said. "It's nice to meet you too!" Judy said. "My name's Hatty." He said. "I'm Judy." She replied. They both looked at the scenery. "Beautiful scenery, isn't it?" Hatty asked. "Yes." Judy said. They looked at eachother again. "So, how'd you get on the beach?" Judy asked. "Because it brings back memories of my ship sailing days." Hatty responded. "Oh, that's nice!" Judy said, interested. Hatty smiled. "Judy, who are you talking to?" Her Mom asked, walking up. "Just this nice guy right here!" Judy explained. "Ok." Her Mom said, walking away. "Who was that?" Hatty asked. "That's my Mom.." Judy said. "Oh!" Hatty replied, understanding. "Hatty, what did you do on your ship sailing days?" Judy asked. "Go on fun adventures with my friends!" Hatty said. "That sounds like fun!" Judy said. She wished she could go on adventures. "Until we crashed into this weird island inhabited by cats and they did....." Hatty trailed off. Judy felt bad for Hatty. "I'm sorry I can't continue I..." Hatty's eyes started watering up. Judy was a bit shocked. "Hatty are you ok?" She asked, worried. Hatty wiped his eyes. "I'm fine.." He said. "Ok..." Judy said, feeling concerned for him. "Anyways, are you doing anything else tonight?" Hatty asked. "No." Judy said, curious. "Well, I was thinking that maybe you and I could go out or something..." Hatty asked. "Yes." Judy agreed. "Y-you will?" Hatty asked, overjoyed. "Yes!" Judy said joyfully. "Ok!" Hatty said. "So, where would you like to go?" He asked. "A restaurant?" Judy suggested. "Sounds great!" Hatty said. "Ok!" Judy agreed. "Judy, it's time to go!" Judy's Mom said. "Ok Mom! Bye Hatty!" She said. "Bye Judy!" He said.
