Chapter 15

Jimin

Hyun-woo and Yoongi sat on a table beside the window in the farthest corner.

I had to wipe everything. While I was doing that I would always glance at those two.

What are they talking about? What's taking so long?

About two hours later when I was on my fifteen minute break, Hyun-woo came back.

"Oh." I stood up. "You're back."

"Yeah...you know him?" He asked.

"Yeah, he's in all of my classes and is also my friend."

"...he was my friend as well. But because of me we stopped being close...until we lost connection for good."

"Because of you?" I asked.

"Yeah but you don't have to worry about it." He smiled and left.

I just sat down; confused.

When my break was over I went to take orders. Yoongi was still there. He was sitting on the same table he was sitting with Hyun-woo.

When he noticed that I was looking his way he came up to the front.

"Yes?" I tried to avoid eye contact with him.

"Make me the drink you like." He said with straight face.

"But it's not on the menu."

"It is like iced tea is it?"

"Yes but-"

"And just smoothie mix added and with a raspberry flavour?"

"Yes...how do-"

"Now tell me how much is iced tea here, then how much a smoothie costs and how much is the raspberry flavour. Then just add it all up, I will even pay double, or triple."

I told him the amount he had to pay and he actually payed triple. I made the drink and gave it to him.

"I'll be going then." He said then took a sip of his drink. "Mmm, it's pretty good. Thanks." Then he just left.

Yoongi

When I got into my car I just drive around until school was over. I drive to school.

When I saw Hoseok I beeped. He looked my way and started walking to me.

"Sup Yoongi." He leaned on my window.

"Get in, I need to talk to you."

He looked at me confused. "Talk? That's a surprise, you don't usually talk to me."

"Just get in."

He did as I said. I started to drive slowly.

"So? What is it?" He asked.

"Have you ever felt something special to your friend?" I asked while looking at the road ahead of me.

"What do you mean?"

"You know like when you want to spend time with them as much as possible; you wanna get close; to have the same interests; you just want to change for them so they would like you; when they are the most important person to you, that kind of feeling."

"Like having feelings for them not as a friend but something more?"

"Yeah you can say that." I parked beside Hoseok's house.

"No, not that I can think of. Why? You have someone you like?" He leaned in.

"I don't know him that well but whenever I'm with him I just can't seem to recognize my old self anymore. I wanna see him 24/7.  My heart flutters a little. Whenever I see him with another man I feel broken. I want to protect him."
