Teenage Dreams

Another Day

You know how you hear people say 'Just another day in the life of a...', well I'm gonna show you or should I say, tell you, about another day in the life of an average teen.

I get woken up by Juggar, which is Henry's nickname because when he was little, he named his favourite toy train, Juggar.

Anyway, after he finally gets me out of bed, he helps me pick out some clothes. Usually it's the same style everyday... Blue denim jeans with a white  singlet and a chequered button up long sleeve that I leave unbuttoned and then to top it all off, I get out my old red chucks.

I go and wash my face and put on one small line of eye liner and just put a black hairband on. I usually have my shower after school since that's the time of day when I smell the worst!

I get dressed and Juggar helps me make my bed, then I grab my plain black bag and go have wheetbix for breakfast with a nice cup of hot chocolate!

That's usually the time when my annoying sisters who I like to call, Patrick and Spongbob because they are both airheads, come down after over dosing with make up kits and accessories!

All they have is an apple and they pick up a latte on the way to school.

I like to think that they use that much make up, not to look like an adult, but because they're so ugly, they need it. Lol!

I go to school just by walking and it only takes me 20mins, there and back.

When I get there I always pass Joey Henderson's locker. He is the 'Face of the school' as everyone says because he is soooo cute, but he is also selfish, so now you're wondering... Then why do you walk passed him, well because his friend Zach is always with him and he is the cute and smart and kind. He is one whom I have come to have feelings for and get this, he's actually talked to me before!... There goes my feminine side! LOL!

Anyway, I go passed him and go to my locker, #342 which is right next to the cafeteria, so if there is any good food, I can get the fresh smell and be the first to get some on my plate and if it's bad, well I get the total opposite!

The day goes on with English, math, science, biology, history and ECA (extra curricular activities), P.E. if I'm lucky, ohh and I forgot to mention, lunch which is the part of the day where the populars start being mean, the cute airheads start loosing their breath by kissing one another and the nerds start calculating numbers!

I, for one, go to the library, pick up a book or two and if I have time, go to the fountain outside and read and every once and a while look up to check if Zach is about!

I then come home, walking alone of course, do my homework and play with Juggar and then the cycle restarts, fun ay? NOT!!!
