Camila sat in the bathroom. Her heart was beating fast, it sounded like he was flirting with her and it was making her go crazy. Just the little things that he was doing. The looks the winks. At least she thought they were winks, they could have just been eye spasms or her brain playing tricks on her. Either way she sat in the bathroom for an hour, passing back and forth. Debating on what she would do. Boys didn't like her. They just didn't. It wasn't something that happened often. Close to never. And if she assumed something and came out with the assumption it would get awkward and she wasn't ready to deal with awkward. Her just being here made things awkward enough, not to mention, she had a crazy crush on this boy since she was fourteen.

Niall sat on the couch with his feet up and his head back. He couldn't stop thinking about how cute it was to watch her talk about something so passionatley. Niall saw the fire behind her eyes as she went on and on about the love and affect music had. It was crazy to think that way and she articulated it so well, so meaningfully. Niall hadn't seen someone talk so passionately about something since he talked to his brother about Theo right before he was born. And that passion was inspiring. It inspired Niall to be a better person, to love and not take what he had for granted and for that he was thankful. They hadn't even been together for five hours yet and she was already in a way changing him.

Niall couldn't stand the fact that she had locked herself in the bathroom so after about an hour he got up and went to knock on the bathroom door. "Camila, can you come out?" Niall sighed standing at the door. "I'm bored and I want to play a game." He mumbled through the door trying to get her attention.

Camila sighed standing up from the toilet. She walked towards the door her bare feet slapping against the cool tile, she opened the door and looked up at the towering boy in front of her, "yes? What would you like?"

Niall smirked down at her, "you can't stay in the bathroom forever."

"Says who?" She said back to him crossing her arms.

"Says me. Now come out here and keep me company. Aren't you lonely in there by yourself?"

"I like being alone." She admitted. Camila did like being alone and it was hard for her since she was constantly on the road with the girls and they were constantly in each others faces. "Don't you like being alone too? I mean you're in the same position as me..."

Niall shook his head, "no, it's weird for me to be alone. I've spent the past five years of my life with these guys and not having them around me all the time is weird for me."

She shook her head. She understood where he was coming from he had a point too.Camila always had to sleep with someone or extremely close to someone. And whenever she went home she usually slept with her little sister. She just couldn't stand the thought of something happening in her sleep and not being with someone who cared about her.

Camila uncrossed her arms and walked out of the bathroom pushing past Niall. Niall couldn't help but stare at the girl walking in front of him. "Hand me a banana please." She said plopping back down on the couch. Niall tossed her a banana.

"While you were pouting in the bathroom,-"

"I wasn't pouting!"

"You were pouting. Either way, I looked around and I found music, VHS tapes and a CD player. " He motioned to the entertainment center. The only televison that was there was a little black one with a VHS player attached to it.

"I don't know. I kind of just want to sit here for the next couple hours." She crossed her legs and bit into the banana.

"Look, Camila. I know you don't want to be here, I really don't either but help me make the best of it. I know this sucks but it's not going to be that terrible. We're both pretty cool people, and if we put some effort into this and ya know try and be friends and be social we might get something out of it." Niall said frustrated, "and we both know we could really use something out of this."
