Lightning Show

AN: it seems like a lot of people are doing this so I want to give it a try. Y'all know by now how much I like fluff so here is some fluff!!

I'm taking questions if y'all have any.

I'm also taking ASK so you can ask Nico or will questions.

Nico

I heard Jason was doing a Lightning show today and I'm freaking out.

I hate lightning.

I watch as Jason, Leo, Piper, and some other people are running everywhere around camp saying that Jason is going to do aLightning show.

Jason told me before it was approved and said I should come but that's not happening.

They're letting the weather barrier up so they can water the flowers and strawberries.

I was in the dining pavilion when I heard the first clap of thunder.

I got up really quickly and told my friends that I was going to my cabin.

I walked away before they could ask me any questions.

As soon as I got to my cabin I jumped under my covers and buried myself in them and a little hole I could breath out of.

The Lightning started coming and brighting up my whole room.

Memories of my mother flashing through my head...

I walk out of the infirmary and started looking for Nico.

I wanted to ask him on a date to the Lightning show.

I look everywhere.

But I see no sign of him.

My last stop is his cabin.

I knocked on the door and heard nothing I knocked on the door again and I heard "G-GO A-A-WAY!"

I said "come on Nico don't be so anti social come enjoy the Lightning show which has already started"

He said "no and go away leave me alone I don't want to see the show." He sounded scared so I took a chance and hoped the door was unlocked and it was and I walked in.

"Nico? You kept the door unlock so I came in."

I sat on the end of his bed when suddenly a really bright flash of lightning could be seen and heard and Nico jumped on me covers and all. He wrapped one of his arms around my waist while the other came around my neck gripping the fabric on the top of my back.

I wrapped both of my arms around his waist pulling him closer to me.

He nuzzled his face in the crook of my neck and started breathing regularly.

He started speaking " my mom was killed by Zeus with Lightning and now anytime there's a storms I just remember my mom being killed. She didn't deserve that she was the nicest women ever. We would do all sorts of stuff together that I could vaguely remember cause it was like 70 something years ago. "

I rocked him back and forth for a while before asking "do you want me to leave or is it ok that I stay here with you?"

He looked up at me with literally the most adorable doe eyes and said (begged)" please dont go! And I'm sorry if this is weird some guy sitting on your lap."

He tried to scoot off but I wouldn't let him.

I told him" I really like you Nico."

He said "I really like you too."

I kissed between his eyebrows and laid us down.

He put the arm that was wrapped around my neck he wrapped it around my waist while his other arm lays comfortably between us.

He puts his head on my arm like a pillow and I put my other arm around his waist.

We fall asleep with happiness in our hearts and a fuzzy feeling in our stomachs.
