The whole time during uncle Paul's talk, I could feel his eyes on me. Hearing him speak up at points sent shivers down my back, and sent my pulse into a frenzy.
I was getting quite bored so I took out my notepad and started doodling, also trying to get my mind off him.
I stayed quiet the whole time, which was unusual for me. I was usually always throwing sarcastic remarks around. Tessa seemed to pick up on my silence, and gave me a concerned look. A gave her a small smile to reassure her, but I still don't think she was very convinced.
Zoning in and out on the conversation laid before me, I only caught little snippets before taking out my phone and playing a game, as I was sick of drawing and doodling. I was on a very high level for doodle jump, until uncle Paul asked me a question.
"Um, sorry I didn't quite catch that, could you repeat it again?" I said slightly embarrassed. I could feel the heat coming to my cheeks, and quickly turned off my phone, then slipped it into my pocket.
Sighing uncle Paul answered, clearly a bit annoyed by my behaviour.
"Eviana you need to pay more attention! Did you even here anything we talked about before?" He said over exaggerating the problem at hand.
"No" I answered politely while smiling innocently.
He sighed before answering.
"I asked if you were ok with spending a few days bonding with the boys to get to know them better?" He asked. Oh. A few days, with the stupid snobby boy band. Great. I looked over to Tessa who seemed all excited about the whole idea. I gave her my best 'really?' Look, which she replied with a small giggle.
Turning back to uncle Paul, i noticed the boys amused expressions as they had watched Tess and I's little gestures. I gave them all a smirk trying not to look at Liam, before asking Paul a question that had been bugging me.
Twirling my hair around my finger, and shifting uncomfortably in my seat, I decided to get to the point.
"Yeah, um, exactly how many days are we going to spend with them?" I asked biting my lip, it was a known habit of mine when I grew worried or concerned. I hope we weren't going to stay to long with them. These things usually took a maximum of about three days. But those "bonding sessions" weren't with five different lads.
It would obviously take longer. I hope it would take two to three days max, I didn't really want to spend time with one direction if it isn't really business related.
The bonding sessions were usually with just one pop star, so it didn't really take very long. Plus I didn't want to stay with them, and face all the awkward silences that were yet to come. I also didn't want to face Liam. He made me really nervous, and I didn't feel like myself, but I did at the same time.
I know even I'm confused.
"It is arranged that you will be spending around four days with them, until their tour starts up next Tuesday." He replied to my previous question.
FOUR DAYS. that's how long we had to spend with them. Crap, I was hoping for two.
"Oh, and I also hired a hotel flat for all seven of you to share for the four days to come."
"Don't worry girls, I've known the boys for years now, so that's why I'm agreeing to this" Paul grinned from ear to ear, as if he were talking about his nephew. This made me furious.
"WHAT?!" Tess and I practically yelled at the same time. No, this cannot be happening. I thought spending four days was bad, let alone bunking with them. we usually stayed in a separate hotel paid and organised form work.
