Well hello again,
Pull up a chair and sit a spell.
I was just reminiscing for a bit.
I remember the first time I came home with my dog Layla.
She was so little and so cute.
She is still cute, but not as little as before.
Momma was not looking forward to having a dog.
For we just had lost our cat.
She had passed away from leukemia, she got it from the mold in our last house we had lived in.
We had her for I think it was about 5 years.
The Doctor told me that Momma, She should have a new pet.
The Doctor said that it would help Momma want to go on.
Well, it worked for Momma lived a lot longer than anyone had expected.
Momma grew to love Layla so much.
You would be surprised at how long people can go on when they have a pet.
Someone to love and someone to love them.
That reminds me of the time I got Sunshine and Momma fell in love with him.
Sunshine was a Sun Conyer he was very beautiful.
He was yellow and green mainly but did have some blues and orange too.
Momma fell in love with him so much we had him for 6 years till he had passed away.
He would sit on Mommas' shoulder and eat.
Then he would fly around her head and sit on the other one and drink grape juice.
This was an everyday routine.
Momma had fun every day with Sunshine.
Well, that is one story that I always like to tell.
