Ella couldn't wait, she had been saving up for years. This could change her life, this could be a start to a new book. Ella had finish packing a month before. Now her time has finally arrived. As her mother drove her to the airport, Ella suddenly could feel the butterflies inside her stomach. She reached into her small backpack she had packed for emergencies (As in an earthquake) and pulled out  a picture of her mother and herself standing outside of their new home 3 years earlier. ' When I come back I just wish everything would stay the same' She thought to herself. Waving goodbye to her mother was the saddest thing she had ever dreamt of, but now the time has arrived. Seeing her mother trying to hold back tears was heartbreaking. But Ella knew that this was what she had always wanted. She had always told herself to follow her dreams and forget, forgive and move on.

The second she stepped on the plane she felt free, after years of being looked after by her beloved mother she had never felt this free. no more curfews, no more being grounded, no more watching the classic music channel her mother always loved watching, and especially, no more rules. But her daydreaming ended when an old man asked her to move out of the way. As Ella moved her bags across from her seat, she saw something, something that blew her mind. Ella dived down and picked up what she just discovered. "A lotto ticket!" She screamed. The night before, Ella had been watching lotto on her old dusty box TV. The numbers that had been drawed out were the exact same numbers on the paper card she found. "What about it?" The same man that had asked Ella to move asked grumpily. " I.. I WON!" Ella whispered, not knowing if this was a scam or not.
