I sat at the bar and sighed, looking around the Guild. I heard Cana giggling while she drank another barrel of wine, I saw Natsu and Gray fighting while Erza slowly made her way to them, knocking their heads together, and the Crest twins watching everything going on in the S-Class balcony with a bored expression on their faces. As I watched, I felt a gentle tap on my forearm.

"Um.... Miss Ali?" I looked down to see little Ana Marie with her big purple-blue eyes staring at me.

"Yes Ana?" I smiled at her softly. I noticed how she looked so much younger than she actually was, just like her older sisters Mira-Jane and Lisanna.

"Um... Do you want anything to drink? Mira-Jane sent me over here to ask you..." I slightly nodded to Ana, thinking of what I wanted.

"I'll have some sweet tea please." Ana Marie smiled and skipped away and told Mira what I wanted. My mind then started to think about just how innocent this little girl was. Everyone in the guild was like an older brother or sister to her, even Natsu. I came back to the real world and looked over to my right and sighed heavily.
My accomplice Nishi Hiriyama was flirting with her crush Freed. She was a very shy girl but when it came to Freed, it appeared that all her shyness simply vanished. She then turned and looked at me to wave but as soon as her hand came back down, she went back to talking to Freed. I shook my head and my mind wandered all over, until I felt another light tap on my arm and it was Ana Marie again. She put my tea on the bar and smiled.

"Here you are Miss Ali!" She tried talking a bit louder since everyone was now attempting to see who can be the loudest. I smiled at her again and ruffled her bangs up a bit.

"Thank you Ana Marie."

"Oh Miss Ali... Can I ask you a few things?" Ana Marie asked as she climbed into the chair next to me while her eyes were filled with curiosity.

"Sure Sweetheart. Ask anything you want." I took a sip of my sweet tea goodness while I waited for her first question.

"What's your full name Miss Ali?"

"Alexandra Mae Darkbolt ." As soon as my name left my lips, Ana had a grin so big it'd put the Cheshire Cat to shame.

"Can I call you Alex then? Or can I call you Alexandra?" Her voice was filled with so much happiness that I just couldn't say no. But, I shrugged nonchalantly so she wouldn't get any wrong ideas.

"I guess so. But only you can do that okay Ana?" She eagerly nodded her head then asked her other question.

"What is your magic? Mira and Lisanna won't tell me. And I know Elfman isn't going to budge with the answer either." She huffed and crossed her arms. Man, she was definitely a cute kid.

"I'm a Lightning Dragon Slayer."

"Oooooh! So does that mean you have to eat lightning bolts when it storms?!" I couldn't help but laugh. I guess she really believed that I stood outside when it stormed and ate lightning bolts. But she's not 100% wrong. I've done it when I've gotten desperate. I would never tell her that however.

"There are different ways for me to get my element, Ana." I said after I had calmed down. Her eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

"Okay then... So if you have Lightning as your power then why is your hair dark blue? Because Juvia controls water and she has blue hair."

"Lightning comes in different colors Ana. You see, just because my element is Lightning doesn't mean my hair has to be yellow or white or sliver like yours or Laxus. Take Natsu for example. He has pink hair and he deals with fire. My friend Nishi uses the earth as her magic but her hair is red. So, hair color doesn't have anything to do with what your magic is. Understood?" Ana nodded once again.
