Jon had entered an old tower. You followed him up making no sound. He had gone all the way to the top of the stairs and entered a room. You stayed at the top of the stairs.
"HOW DARE YOU LAY A HAND ON THAT POOR GIRL! DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE! DO I NEED TO REMIND YOU?"
"I'm a Snow..." he mumbled.
"You're a what?"
"I'M A SNOW! You have been telling me every day since I was ten!" There was anger and sadness in his voice.
"That's right. It means you can't marry a highborn Lady like (Y/N), you can't even touch her."
"Oh then should I have let her fall?"
"You should have been in your chambers when she arrived."
He didn't say anything.
"It's doesn't matter," Catelyn said.
"And why I that?" Jon asked.
"I heard (Y/N) has taken a liking to Theon and Robb, she is to marry one of them. You will not get in the way if that. Do you hear me?"
Standing motionless outside the door, you start to cry silently, you don't want them to hear you. In your head you are screaming, "But I don't want to marry them. I want to marry Jon. Just then you heard someone walking up the stairs.
Busted!
You run and hide behind a trunk, sobbing.
"(Y/N)," You heard Robb say in a whisper "(Y/N) I know you're back there, come out, I won't tell Jon."
"Fine."
"Why are you crying? What did you hear?"
"Everything! I got Jon in trouble with your mother, and now she said I'm to marry you or Theon. I don't want you, I want Jon, I'm sorry but I do!"
"Shhh, it's alright I'll speak to my mother about this. Don't worry about Jon, it's not your fault. He gets yelled at for the smallest things all the time. I'm sure mother doesn't mean it."
With that, Robb walked into the room.
"I don't want to marry Lady Woodland and I speak for Theon too. She doesn't wish to marry us. She is head for her house she can marry anyone she wishes to marry. It's her choosing and you have no say in it mother. And if you think we can go to war against her think again! Half of our men are from her house! I don't think they would go against her, and she has many more waiting back in the Woodlands." Robb said in a great powerful voice like his father.
"Perhaps you are right. BUT she would never marry a Snow, it would ruin her family's name." Catelyn said matter-a-factly.
"That would be true," Jon had spoken up "But remember her father was great friends with The King, even greater friends then Father and The King. He and The King made a deal that any bastard that stepped foot into the Woodlands would be legitimized. So if I go to the Woodlands with her when she leaves in six months, and believe me I will, I can become a Stark and marry her, and our houses may still join and Robb can marry some other Northern Lady." The biggest smile has grow on your face, you had forgotten this law, it was meant to cut down the amount of papers King Robert had to sign, after all he was a drunk and lazy King, it was also meant to boost trade in the North.
You heard foot steps coming to the door. You duck behind the truck again. Lady Catelyn had stormed down the stairs mumbling something.
"Good Gods! That's the first time you have even spoken up to her! You must really love this girl." You feel your face start to heat up.
"It feels good, and I meant every word I said." Jon's voice was proud and joyful.
"You did!" You shout out.
"Oops." Robb smirked. Your face turned even whiter than Ghost himself, Jon how ever was bright red with embarrassment.
"I'm just going to head to my chambers, Goodnight (Y/N) and Jon." Robb said rushing out.
"How much of that did you hear?" Jon worriedly asked.
"All of it, I followed you up the tower. I'm sorry for any trouble I caused you..." He cuts you off
"(Y/N) there is nothing to be sorry for, I stood up to Catelyn because of you! I-I think I'm in love with you!"
"Really! You mean it! I love you too Jon!" Your eyes where wide and bright, a big smile had grown on his face.
