Chapter 6

CHAPTER 6

 I woke up to my phone ringing...

'Hello?' I didn't bother checking the caller ID.

'Sammie It's Alex, I didn't mean to wake you up' he sounded guilty

'It's fine, don't worry about it, what did you call for anyway?' 

'Erm, well we said we were going to meet up, and I just wondered if you still wanted to?'

'For sure!'  Alex chuckled slightly

Oh my god! i thought to myself, what the fuck was that. I was so embarrassed.

'I'll pick you up in 15 ok?'

'That's fine, bye Alex'

I went to get dressed, putting on skinnies and a JAGK top. Just as I was ready the doorbell rang, pulling on my shoes, grabbing my phone and opening the door, I smiled at the person that was standing there.

'Hi' I was blushing.

'Ready?' I nodded 

'Alex...where are we actually going?'

He shrugged.

'wow, that helps' we both burst out laughing.

'Want to go get a coffee? it's only early so there won't be many people about'

'Sure'

'Starbucks?

'How did you know?' he laughed 

When we'd ordered our drinks we went to sit upstaris, there was only a couple of people up there, who didn't even notice us as we went to sit in the corner of the room.

'So...' he started 'what made you like me?-'

'Who said I liked you?'

He joked a shocked face but continued anyway '-Was it my looks? my charm?' he winked at me, showing that he was only messing around.

'Surprisingly no... It was how you get the audience involved with the show, How they... How I believe every single word that you sing, every word that you say. How you genuinely seem to care about every single one of your fans, how you take time to meet them, and listen to what they say, how your reply is what they're looking for. How you've saved their lives with your speeches. How you make them feel like they are the most important people...' I stopped there, I felt like I'd already said way too much. 

Alex just sat there looking shocked; blushing; wow he was so cute when he blushed. 

'Wow' was the only thing he managed to say.

'My turn' I said grinning 'What made you want to meet up with me today?'

'Well' he started 'I've never met up with another fan before, but you're different, you didn't scream or talk too much when you met us. You acted cool, and down to earth. You were lovely, and you had... you have the most beautiful smile I've ever seen. You're not like any other fan I've met before' I bit my lip

'Good different?'

'Deffinately'

'Wow... I...I...I don't know what to say'

'Then don't say anything...' Alex lent over the table and kissed me. It wasn't like any other kiss I've ever had, this kiss was slightly rough, but also passionate and meaningful.

When we broke apart neither of us knew what to say; it was sufficiently awkward.

Not long after Rian, Jack, Zack and Ashley walked upstairs.

Thank-god' Alex muttered under his breath.

'Oh, hi you too' Zack said

'Sammieeeeeeeeeeeeeeee' Jack was a bit to entheusiastic for me in a morning. 

'Jack do you really have to sit on my lap?' I laughed at Alex's annoyed face as Jacck nodded.

'Get off me Jack' Alex shoved him. 

' Is it alright if we sit with you?' I smiled and nodded. Rian was so polite, but I hadn't heard him speak much.

'Sure, go ahead' I gave Alex an 'oh well' look, and he simply replied with a 'sorry' look.

We had all drank our coffees and were on the way back to my moms house.

We and Alex went together,

Jack and Rian went together, 

and Zack and Ashley went together 

Don't you think Ash and Zack would make a cute couple?' I asked breaking the silence. 

'Maybe, but even so, we're going back on tour in  day, so I doubt they'll have a chance to get together; I sighed at the thought that they were leaving tomorrow.

'What's up?' Alex asked sounding confused.

'You're going back on tour tomorrow, andd we're not going to get to see each other again.

'We will, I'll make sure we do' I smiled, but didn't believe him. He'd forget about me as soon as he left for tour.
