Chapter 10

• Three weeks later •

DIANE POV :

I am with Tyler, here, back to Hawaii . We are so relieved that our dad is completely fine. Turns out he doesn't have cancer! I was so happy when I found out! I need to call Cameron in order to meet him because I have so Much to tell him. The truth is that he tried to communicate with me so many times but I just could not, I thought that nothing more could happen between us. But I was wrong.. Now that I am back I want to see him, talk to him and make some things clear.. So I'm gonna call him and arrange our meeting.

-Hello?

-Hey Cameron, It's me, Diane. Sorry for not answering  but I was busy enough and I just couldn't .

-oh,em, it's okay, don't worry. So,what's up?

-Well, I have some news for you. I am here back to Hawaii. My dad is really good and turns out that he didn't have cancer . I am calling you so we can meet, because  I want to talk to you about  some things...

-Oh,this is really  nice. Well  I have this need too.

-Awesome. 19:00 at the beach? 

- Sounds  great. See ya.

CAMERON POV:

I hunged up with Diane.  I wanted to talk to her but she did not know something about me , now! 

- "Good Morning baby" Bethany said

- "Good Morning honey" I said

Yes, me and Bethany are back together. I was tired of waiting for Diane so long, so I decided to move on and forget her. I thought that she didn't want me because she never answered me, until now. I have no idea how to tell her, I don't want to hurt her, because she is one of my good friends and that would be so hard. 

DIANE POV: 

I went to aunt Melissa's house and found the girls. They were so happy that they saw me and Tyler again. I had to talk with J and Liz about our meeting with Cameron.

-"So, girls I am going to meet Cam in few minutes. I think that I have to tell him a lot of things . Have you seen him while I was gone? "  I asked

- "Well, I think that i haven't seen him, neither does Jennifer, and they didn't even call us to arrange anything" Liz said.

- "Oh, well, thank you! I have to go now, see you girls" I said and left.

At the Beach, 07:00 p.m

I was waiting for Cam a few minutes when he appear. We went to the closest beach-bar.

-"So Girl, how you doin?" He asked while he hugging me .

-"OH, you know, fine, nothing interesting. I have a lot of time to see you, and I am so glad that I finally did it.. What about you? " I asked him with confidence.

-"Emm.. pretty fine. "  He answered, but he didn't look like this actually.

-"Well, I need to tell you something. It might sound weird but I need this. It's about our kiss, in this open party. I know that you might do not remember anything but I think that I have some feelings for you. Please don't misunderstand me!" I said while I was shaking. I didn't believe that I finally said this to him.

-" Oh, I didn't see that coming! Well, I remember it and I thought that this kiss was real. I kissed you because I wanted to, not because I was drunk. I knew what I was doing, but the thing is...." He did not manage to finish his sentence when his phone rang. It was Bethany! BETHANY?! WHY SHE? I know she is his ex, but she is his ex! N,n,no,no,no! He looked at me not knowing what to say.

-"So, is that the thing?" I asked .

-" Yes. Look Diane, you didn't even answer my calls and I thought that you didn't want anything to happen between us." Cameron said and I looked at him socked. Then his phone rang and it was her, again. 

-" Pick it up! Don't let your girlfriend wait!" I said . "She might go to the neighbour again" I added and left ! A truth is I wasn't answering  because I was with my dad and I was very worried. I didn't have time to think about Cameron. I had to get through it. I mean, he is famous, right? All he wants is some girl to fool around so the magazines will care about him. He thought I didn't like him so he went back to the girl who hurted him so much. And you know what? I am not going to let him ruin my holiday. If the girls want to hang out with them, I don't care. But I am here to have fun and I don't need all that drama!
