Hey you guys. I'm sorry it's been so long for a chapter, I kinda hit a wall of writers block and I just decided to break for a few days. Here's a long chapter to make up for it😊
Ciao for now
-QS♥️Ro's POV
Sam and Jess got home late tonight, after celebrating Sam's high LSAT score, which I was so proud about. Sam really worked hard, and after everything he has been through, I was proud. Even if he didn't know I knew about his past. I heard them walking in as I sat on the couch, watching television. "Hey Ro,"
Sam greets. I raise my hand in acknowledgement. I was fascinated at tv show currently playing. It was called "Gilmore Girls", and one of the main characters, Dean, looked very similar to Sammy( which I call him, much to his discomfort), but I didn't think much of it.I heard them go off to bed, after yelling a muffled goodnight in my direction, which I returned kindly. As I started season two after a full night of "binge watching", I drifted off into sleep. I didn't really need it, but is was relaxing and I liked it. But, my peaceful (and for once), dreamless sleep was disrupted by a scuffle in the kitchen, just feet away from me. I jolted awake, but kept quiet.
"Sammy, your skills are rusty," the unknown voice said. I could hear the stupid smirk plastered on his face. I frowned. I was the only one I knew who called him Sammy. Unless...
"What are you doing here, Dean?" Sam sounded annoyed and angry. Dean.... Sam had a brother named Dean. But he told me that they hadn't left on good terms. I had tried to watch over him, but he was too far off the grid for even me to find him.
"Dad went on a hunting trip, and hasn't been back in several days." I heard the sharp intake of Sam's breath.
"Dean, I'm sure it's nothin-" Dean cut him off, repeating his sentence with more urgency. Dean played a muffled message, and I heard something strange, that chilled me to the bones. A spirit's voice. Both brothers were fearful as they listened to the message ( the fear was tangible), and I knew that their father was in serious danger.
As Sam packed up, I watched him and his (extremely attractive but obvious womanizer) brother have hushed arguments as they tried to get out and go to Jericho. I decided it was the best time to make my presence known.
"So, when were you going to tell me about you leaving? Or were you just going to let Jess and I figure it out tomorrow?" Sam and Dean both whipped towards me, Sam with a sheepish smile and Dean with a stupid grin as his eyes roamed my body. I chose to ignore this, because men like him deserved no recognition.
"Hey Ro.... Um, I was going to tell you..."
"Save it Winchester. You are going on a hunt. And are just going to leave me. Which is quite rude, by the way." Both boys looked at me in horror, and exchanged scared glances. "Oh Sammy, do you really think I'm that naïve? Do you think it was coincidence that we were roommates? The only boy/girl pair? Haven't you learned that there are no coincidences in this line of work?" I huffed, annoyed at his lack of thinking. I was suddenly pushed against a wall, trapped by Dean as Sam looked at me over his brothers shoulder.
"How do you know about hunting? And what do you know about me?" He questioned, my friend gone, replaced with a confused and angry boy. I huffed, annoyed.
"I know almost everything. Your dad is an ex marine, you were both raised on the road after a fire killed you mother twenty two years ago, the same fire that killed my fiancé-" I choked, my voice tight with emotion. The boys let me go, staring at me in shock and confusion as a brushed myself off.
"Mark was murdered...? All you said was--"
"A freak accident, yes well I lied. I also lied about many other things, Sammy, and I'm sorry for that." He blushed at the nickname, embarrassed, but he looked shocked.
"Why would you lie? I thought we were friends..." He looked at me with his big puppy eyes and I melted.
"Oh Sammy, I didn't want to! I'm just not normal, and I didn't want you to hate me for what I am..." I looked down ashamed. My wings drooped, not like they could see but still.
"Ro..." He approached me. "What are you?"
"An angel." I murmured, and Dean started laughing, no, cackling, my statement. I looked up harshly, and glared at him, and looked quickly at Sam who just looked overwhelmed.
"What is so funny, Dean Winchester?" I said, ice coating my tone."I don't know what drugs you are on to make you believe your an angel, but sign me up! I'd love to--" he stopped as I stood face to face with him. I didn't like being shorter so I had my wings lift me up to eye level with him. That got him to shut up real fast.
"How DARE you question my divine power! I am an angel of the Lord, the flower of God!" I had my wings beating rapidly around Dean, and allowed him to feel them. I was angry, no, furious. My rage blinded me to their shocked expressions, and to the small smile on Sam's face as I backed Dean against the wall. He looked at me with a slight hint of fear and- admiration?- as I trapped him against the wall.
"I am not going to allow someone like you-- a man who will sleep with anything in a skirt-- make me doubt myself or my power. I am Rosel, the Lord's closest friend and I am strong."
I took a deep breath, standing back from Dean and ignoring the predatory look in his eyes as he eyed my backside. I looked at Sam and said "I am joining you in Jericho. You cannot stop me, and you will need me. If it's a spirit, it will need to be brought back to Hell, and I have experience hunting, and I will help. I will pack and meet you outside in fifteen minutes. At that, I marched out the door, a smug smirk on my face.Dean's POV
"Dude," I said to Sammy. "She's hot." He bitch-faced me.
"Dean, she is sooo not interested. I can't believe she's an angel.... Though it kinda makes sense." I huffed.
"Yeah well whatever. She's hot and I'm gonna find some way to get close to her.... Ya know?" I wiggled my eyebrows at him and he rolled his eyes as he slammed his suitcase, and walked out of the room. I swung my keys around as I walked out the door towards baby. I was gonna find some way to get that girl mine. That was a promise.
