Thy Resurrection

Thy cadaver heart was buried in the ground
All her tattered memories weren't exultation
Requiem of anguish was the only sound
of her eulogy that delivered lamentation

She's a corpse who's unable to feel anything;
Her love died and burst into fragment
All her everything turned out to nothing
Dolor of her past locked at the grave of figment

Yet, the slow beat of her heart calls
The euphony of passion gives her life,
it echoes to her body and her pulse
and resurrected her from the afterlife

She's scared to be left by someone,
that she might be hurt and lost
But now, she's not afraid to fall again to anyone
because love is worth it and an irreplaceable cost
