"15 minutes till show time." As the stage manager called this we all fill with excitement, relief and copious energy. This was our last show in South America; we have to pour our guts into it because we don't get to perform again until New Zealand in August.
We were relived to be able to go home tomorrow; go see our families, I could see Perrie. I missed her so much. I was also nervous, not about performing; I could do that in sleep. It was my wedding day; Perrie and I are getting married next month on the 13th.
"10 minutes." The stage manager called once again. Louis combed his hair, again, one final time before we went from our dressing room to side stage. We do our vocal warm-ups and a few stretches, just to feel professional; the stretches had no actual purpose."Showtime!" The stage manager called for the final time. After getting told good luck abundantly, we run out on stage with huge smiles on our faces to do an amazing final show.
*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*
"Thank you and good night!" Louis yelled into the microphone. The cheering erupted louder and we waved before running off stage.
After running off the stage we were exceptionally sweaty and completely hyper but this was no different to normal. Once we are out of sight to the audience we didn't stop running; with our adrenalin still pumping ferociously we gradually slowed to a jog and finally walking. I push open the dressing room door and the room is instantly over taken by our overpowering sweat glands.
"One Direction, please make your way to the stage door." Paul's deep voice said through backstage speaker. After five minutes of packing our hand luggage and no time to shower, we headed to say goodbye to everyone; our suitcases weren't coming till tomorrow and neither were the crew. Paul opened the door and then closed it straight away when he saw what was outside, pretty much all of the paparazzi in Brazil.
"I'll go now, and bring the car right up to the door. Don't come till I'm waiting." Paul instructed us and we leaned back against the wall as he walked through the flashes. We had the door open a crack after he left so we could see when he arrived with the car. Yet we had it open just a smidgen so the paparazzi couldn't see us. The black car with tinted windows pulled up at the end of the ramp and we opened the stage door fully to hastily head to the car. Just after hopping in I saw the time was 9:40pm.
I see as we pulled up to the first airport gate, Paul opened the window andflashed security his ID. He did this for about six more gates until we arrived atthe landing strip with a small private jet waiting. It was already 10:30; I was sotired. Plus we had an 11½-hour flight ahead of us. Moments after boarding theplane, we all fell asleep within minutes. 9 hours later I woke up to Louis andHarry laughing their heads off. Now, as you may know, I'm practically never ina good mood when I wake up. This was no exception, I could possibly be inan even fouler mood because we were on a plane. The laughing just seemedto peeve me off more; how can they be enjoying themselves?
*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*
Paul walked into the cabin and started talking. "We land at Heathrow in 10minutes." Even though I was not in the best mood because of being on a plane, (I'm not a huge fan of flying) and that I only woke up two hours ago, Paul's comment made me smile. I get to see Perrie, I love her so much, and I miss her so much. She can't pick me up from the airport because of security reasons, which is disappointing, but I am going straight to our apartment. So I don't have to wait to long to see her.
The plane lands and I grab my bag before walking down the staircase. My face goes from having a small normalish smile to a smile nearly as wide as a football field. Perrie's here! I sprint as fast I can towards the blonde haired girl at the end of the runway. We wrap ourselves around each other and just stay hugging for about an hour or so, well, maybe not that long, but it felt like a lot longer than a standard hug. Who cares? We haven't seen each other in 2 months; we're allowed to hug.
"How did you get in?" I ask her as kiss on the lips and we both head to the car; the huge smile on my face is not rubbing off anytime soon. "We were always allowed in, but we all decided to surprise you. It's a welcome home present." She replied, those sneaky girls. "Well; I like my present then." I say back to her. Once we arrive at the car, we both hop in before Perrie drives to our apartment.
*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* (7th of July)
The last two weeks have been hectic. Wedding planning. We're going Ireland in one hour, and the wedding is next Sunday. Perrie is a complete bridezilla. You see; I'm is just really chilled, never getting stressed about the situation, always trying to calm her down. On the other hand, she is freaking out (a lot), just trying to make everything perfect. So in conclusion, I'm trying to calm her down while she is a complete perfectionist.
Perrie's P.O.V
I was currently in the living room on the phone, ensuring all the tuxedos and dresses have arrived in Ireland safely. The dresses were at Jesy's cousins house in Dublin, and the tuxes were at Niall's house in Mullingar.
"Good news." I said to Zayn as I walked in the bedroom. "All the wedding parties outfits have arrived safely in Ireland." I finished.
"That's good to know." Zayn replied as he pulled me closer to him. He wrapped his arms around my waist, kissed my face and rested his chin on my shoulder. "Think about it. This time next week, we will be husband and wife." He added making us both smile and kiss each other before I again left the room. It was such a cheesy line, but I liked it.
Upon returning, I carried with me my black handbag and car keys. The both of us grabbed our suitcases and strolled towards the car before hopping in.
*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*Being the gentleman that he is, Zayn offered (requested) that he drives. He exposed his flight ticket to the security and we were ushered through to a private carpark/waiting area. You see; because we had so many people to go to Ireland we had to book an entire plane. We had to fly over both our families, and about 500 other people, although some were coming closer to the day.
Together we all go through border security and hop on the plane. As Zayn and I are getting comfortable in our seats, ready for takeoff, an airhostess comes forward and begins talking.
"Excuse me?" She begins in a friendly tone, causing us to both look up. "Passengers for seats 15 and 16 have not yet boarded the plane." What?! This is ridiculous; we have to go in 5 minutes. Who could it be? I thought I saw everyone board.
Wait. There was one couple I didn't see get on.
A/N: HEY! This book is being renovated and still being written! I'm mostly just fixing errors, carroty bits and taking out some parts. Then once that's out of the way the new stuff will come I guess that means that for a bit you won't be getting any new stuff. Ah well.
I/We see all of your lovely comments and they truly warm my heart. They really are the reason this book is still being written. We were planning to keep writing KHO only but your support for this book is phenomenal, I nearly fell off my chair when I saw that this had 4.6k reads! It probably doesn't seem like much buy I really can't believe it and I love you all.
