Waking up to him

I woke up to the man of my dreams,I woke up to the love of my life, but I also woke up to my wonderful boyfriend.

I got out of bed looking at the alarm clock, 7:30 it read. I walked across the cold hardwood floor over to the bathroom.

I turned on the hot water for the shower and stripped down and got in the shower. as the hot water hit my bare body it was almost as if every time a droplet hit my body I had less and less stress.

I turned off the hot water, and the gust of freezing air hit my bare body. I regretfully got out of the shower and got dressed.

I tried to do this quietly as I didn't want to wake up my sleeping beauty. I heard rustling from the bedroom and and knew Ed finally woke up.

All ready for the day I walked out of the bathroom and into the warm bedroom.Ed sat at the edge if the bed rubbing his tired eyes.

"Babe, you know you have to at work in 15 minutes?" I asked grabbing my flats and my jacket.

"Ughhhhhhhh! why do I have to go to work?" he said his voice raspy, "we kinda have to pay rent that's why." ready to go I walked over Ed wrapping my short legs around his waist.

I looked into his tired eyes "I have to work late at the restaurant" I said. "when do you not work late?" he asked knowing almost everyday I have to work late. I pecked his plump pink lips, "love you." I said walking out of the wooden door.

I reached into my purse in search of my phone, after 3 minutes of searching I decided to go back into the house "babe! I can't find my phone!" I yelled.

He walked around the corner with only his pants on. he handed me my phone "I knew you would come back." he said moving his eyebrows in a seductive way.

"Haha mr. Funny pants, I got to go to work, see you later." I walked back out into the cold winter air.

I got into the car and started it, I turned the heat to full blast. I pulled into Applebee's and walked inside.

As I walked towards the back of the building my bestfriend Macy stopped me, she flicked her eyes up and down my body "new haircut?" she asked. I did get a haircut and of course my bestfriend knew about.

"How did you know?" I asked sarcastically. "my magical powers duh" she said walking to serve a table.

I put on my apron and grabbed my notepad, I walked over to serve a couple that looked very familiar "um can i start you guys off with a drink?" they took their eyes off of their menus and looked at me very strange.

"Have i met you before?" the woman asked "I feel like we have." I said. "do you have a boyfriend?" the man asked. I was baffled by the question but answered it anyways. "yes, um his name is ed." the woman interrupted me. "Sheeran?" she said "um yes." I said.

"What is your name?" the man asked. "Evelyn smith" I said. "so your Evelyn, sorry we are Eds parents, we decided to fly in from ohio." the man said.
