Okay so this chapter is going to be completely different from the others. In this chapter it will explain everything that's happened before all of the events that took place in the first chapter. I hope that it'll explain the background of your life more so that the next chapter will make sense. This chapter is basically you narrating the memory. Please enjoy and thank you for all of the support my loves. In this flashback you are 8 and just to put it in perspective your character is between 16 and 18 throughout the story.

I've always hated thunderstorms. Moreover after that one night. I had spent the day at my Aunt Star's house painting and baking before my mother picked me up but I noticed she was quieter than usual. Maybe she's just tired from all the work her and dad have been doing. How wrong I had been. I laid in bed reflecting on the amazing day with my Aunt before I heard footsteps rushing down the hallway. Little did I know, that would be the end of my happiness. I slowly crept towards the door and debater whether I should open it or not. If only I had known it was the ending of my childhood. It was probably just (D/N) was the conclusion I drew before returning to bed, only to see (D/N) laying at the foot of the bed. (I know this sounds like a poorly written scary story but bear with me now) "Mom, Dad?" I call out hesitantly before walking towards the door. I open it to see the staff frantically running about. "My darling, please remain in your room." My clearly distraught father says while ushering me into my room. "Dad, what's happening?" I asked, slowly moving towards him. "Honey, we can't find your mother." He said, looking down. Thousands of questions whirred through my mind. Where had she run off to? After that night, it was weeks before we caught word of her. We received a letter stating that it would be better to abandon our search for her. Shortly after Aunt Star moved to London to start her fashion company and rarely made an effort to talk to us. My father was so distraught not only from losing his wife but slowly losing his sister as well. After a while he got better and slowly but surely took over everything and managed to cope with everything. Years later, when I was about 12, my Aunt invited us to London in order to rebuild our relationships. Once there, we met her boyfriend Sebastian and discovered her budding fashion empire. Over the years I spent a lot of time between London and (H/T) and slowly became closer to Star. As time passed the mystery of my mother's disappearance was slowly forgotten. Well, until now at least.

Alrighty guys. So I know this chapter has a totally different feel to it than the others but I hope you enjoyed it. In the following chapters you will discover more about your mother, Star, Ciel and even yourself. Are you ready?
