Darkness chapter 1

Hi again :P I finish all meh homework and decided to do another page/chapter for meh book. In this chapter the roles of jobs will be explain and the rules of this city. Enjoy~

Fizzy woke up with a yelp, falling off the hammock she was once sleeping on with a thud. The shouts of Kailey waking everyone up was the usual routine in the mornings at 5.45am on the dot. You'll think Fizzy was use to this routine by now but nope, almost no one in Fizzy's squad called the Clearers (other than Kailey who wakes everyone in the 3 squads with a big shout) can't wake up or function at that time of morning.
A groan came from the other side of the shared room where Cookieh hangs upside down from her hammock like a bat, huffing at her situation. her left foot was tangle in the hammock strings and bed sheets, so when Cookieh jump off her hammock by the shouts of Kailey's wake up calls, she was left dangling upside down by her left leg, her head inches away from the old wooden floor. "Well I'm diffidently awake now" mumble Cookieh as she struggles to untangle herself from the stings. This cause Fizzy to start laughing loudly at Cookieh struggles which she knows Cookieh will get her back at her sometime today. A thump and curses came from Cookieh as she successfully untied herself but face planted the floor once untied. The noise of the thump cause their last roommate Pastel to wake up with wide eyes before he relax and saw the girls. one laughing her head off and the other cursing at her hammock. This made Pastel raise a eyebrow thinking about what was going on until he came up with the solution which made him chuckle. Cookieh and Fizzy heard the chuckling and turn their head to Pastel who couldn't hold back a grin. "Isn't cats supposed to land on their feet?" Pastel chuckled out seeing Cookieh face turning red from embarrassment from the comment. Before Cookieh could reply the door to their room smash open by a hyperactive yellow and blue striped blur that tackle Cookieh. Cookieh let out a shriek as her and the blur went down, landing on the floor once more that morning. "Why does this happen to me?" Cookieh pounted as the once blur stood up helping Cookieh up as well. The blur soon turn out to be Kailey in all of her glory rubbing the back of her head sheepishly. "Sorry Cookieh-chan~ but Temple found something out and wants everyone in the living room now" Kailey said seriously after brushing herself off from the dirt and dust the floor provided. Hearing the serious in Kailey's voice made everyone in the room stop playing around and go serious. If the speed hacker found something out then it will be more likely time to do their jobs.

There are 12 teenagers in this group. Out of those 12 teenagers there is 3 jobs. Hackers, Runner and Clearers.

Hackers are the ones that makes the missions run smoothly with little to no injuries.
In the Hackers there are 4 types Visible,invisible, Speed and main. Visible is the hacker that will go in with the lookouters to their destination and blend in with the crowd. They will hack into the destination and hide the runner threw.
Invisible is the hacker that will go with the runners to their destination where they'll turn off all traps and get information from Visible hackers.
Speed is the hacker that will find the most information in a matter of seconds. Speed will rarely go on the missions as their specialty is finding out the prof or information for the destination that others will go to.
Main is the hacker leader of sorts. They are the informal and in charge of decisions that need to be made on missions/destinations when they come to a problem. Main hacker will rarely go on missions.

The runners are the ones that will get through their destination and complete the mission they were assign to do. The runners have a short amount of time to complete the mission. That is why they must be calm and quick when on their feet.
In the Runners there are 4 types invisible, visible, Main and seeker.
Seeker is the runner that seeks out and see if there is and guards of officers that the hackers can't see. If seeker spots them they must be quick and take the threat down ,so the other Runners and invisible hacker can get through without trouble.
Visible runners job is to be a decoy of sorts so seeker can knock down any threats of sorts. Visible must be one of the fastest runners to do their job as they must dodge bullets or get away if anything goes wrong.
Invisible runners job is to get through traps or alarms without triggering it if the invisible  hacker had troubles shutting them down. Invisible runner also have to have the ability to go un-notice by any threat.
Main runner is the captain of the runners and has to make sure everyone gets out including the invisible hacker. It is the hardest job for the runners.

Clearers are the ones that keeps their eyes out for anything ranging from more guards showing up to odd people hanging around the destination for awhile. They have to blend in the crowd and make distractions by any needs.
There are two types of Clearers look outlers and back up.
Lookouters are the ones that keep a look out for the slightest odd movements. If they spotted something suspicious they will have to signal the back ups and make a distraction by any means.
The back ups are the ones that blend in the crowd and keeps visible hacker safe. They also back up any of the runners if they are injured and signals the lookouters if they are spotted. Back ups are the ones that are in more danger then any other jobs in this group.

The twelve teenagers weren't always doing this, in fact they had normal lives before 2 years ago when the governments of the countries decided that spiritlers are deem dangerous and must be killed at once. Spiritlers are humans that can transform or entrance the ability of their spirit animal. Some of the powers that Spiritlers contain made the government believe they'll lose their power over their nations. That's how they order everyone to kill every spiritlers. In one year half of the Spiritlers were killed in cold blood, This made the remaining Spiritlers go into hiding. The governments caught onto what they were doing and order agents to kill the remaining Spiritlers.
The twelve teenagers met by chance and form a group that would soon be a thorn to the governments back. The group hated the greed of the government and the corrupted polices with passion that they decided to take down the government bit by bit until there's nothing more.

So to hear that Temple found something made the Clearers turn serious as a mission is more likely to be form by his finding. Kailey held open the broken door to their room as Fizzy, Pastel and Cookieh walk out to the living room where the other 2 groups were crowding around Temple as he type away on his laptop. Temple dark Brown hair was hidden behind his favourite purple hoodie as his dark tan fingers type away on his laptop so quickly that his fingers were a blur to the eyes of everyone around him. His dark brown eyes (Sorry if they are the wrong colour) narrowing at all the numbers that appear on his screen with quickness. "Okay everyone I found this hidden camera tape that was on a police officer" Temple spoke calmly to us still staring at the numbers on the screen. "Temple why is that important?" Dyan ask with confusion written in his golden brown eyes. He wasn't the only one confuse by this as Inkyee, Ate and Sophie tilted their heads in confusion as well. Temple felt the confusion in the air stop staring at the numbers and look up at everyone around him with calmness. "The police officer was found dead this morning, his squad was dead too all with fear stretch across their faces. This is the footage that shows what happen last night" Temple answer flipping open the tab that shows the video clip.

(Pretty much what happen in the introduction but they only see what the leader of the police squad sees before screen goes black, they can still hear everything that was happening though)

Temple stop the video as everyone around him went quiet and type some more things on his laptop, showing a business building of sorts with a blue print of the building next to the picture. "There are more information of the mask teens in the top floor of this building" Temple imply snapping everyone out of shock. "Knowing you Temple you would only do this if you couldn't get the information you need" Owly spoke up seeing the tension in the air around Temple as he send through information to her, Uni and Sophie electronics. Seeing him nod his head Sophie put her hands on the table with a thud getting everyone attention. "All right you heard what Temple said, get ready its mission time" She spoke clearly and walk quickly to the hackers station room to set up her computers, Owly and Uni follow soon afterwards with smirks stretch across their face. Everyone else scramble to their stations, grabbing the things they need to complete the mission. No one notice Temple never leaving leaving the table typing something quickly in his laptop. Before shutting his laptop and catching up with his hacker squad a message appear on his screen.
