"You're about as weak as a 5th grader"
My older brother laughs at my attempt to carry another box up the stairs. "Jay for the last time I will hit you on the head if you make fun of my little babies again" I hush as I flex the minimum arm muscle I have. Jay pushes me making me fall backwards resulting in my stuff scattering across the floor. "Jay 1, Rosie 0." he retorts.
"Asshole."
"Cry baby!"
"Jerk face!"
"You're just a poor loser." I stick out my tongue and give him a playful shove before getting pulled into a bear hug. Jay and I look a lot alike except I think my eyes are way more blue than his but of course he begs to differ. My older brother and I have been living alone since our parents are always on business trips occasional popping in, making him my legal guardian since I'm only 16. But in my opinion he doesn't even seem eligible to look after a rock.
We arrived here last night and now we are doing the finishing touches, though most of the heavy things were already put into our rooms for us. Our new house was two stories with a total of 10 rooms not counting downstairs, it wasn't as big as our old one but something about it screamed Home.
After everything was organized the place didn't look half bad, it had a nice vibe that occurred throughout the house and looked fancy at the same time.
Since our parents own numerous amounts of business' it meant that we both probably wouldn't have to work a day of our lives, and yet that doesn't stop Jay from working 24/7 and forcing me to attend high school.
Checking my watch I realized I'd have to get there in less then 10 minutes or I'd been late of my first day at Cross High. I ask Jay for the keys to my black Mercedes Benz and give him a quick hug before I rush into my room and grab an outfit.

I look at myself in the mirror and feel good about how it turned out. The drive took about 3 minutes which gave me enough time to belt out the lyrics to a TØP song. Luckily I automatically found a parking spot which happened to be the closest to the entrance, Why didn't anyone else park here? I thought before brushing it off quickly.
As I walked up to the entrance of the school I noticed that a couple of people that were hanging around where staring at me, Maybe its just because I'm new. I push through the double doors and get embraced by a swarm of students rushing to get to their lockers. Somehow I manage to push my way out and get to the school's office, as I enter the room I see a lady that seems to be in her late 30's talking on the phone.
I stand behind the desk and fiddle with the hair tie around my risk, soon enough she places down the phone and glances up at me. She raises her eyebrow expectingly, as I stood still until realization hits me.
"Rosie Williams." I said as she began to type on her Computer before handing me 2 sheets of paper and a stack of things I would be needing. I managed to carry of my things to the door without falling before bumping into someone, I stumble back while I hear a apology blurted out. I looked up to see a girl with mid length black hair that perfectly framed her face, she was wearing a white summer dress and a pair of white wedges.
"I like your shoes." I gushed making a bright smile appear on the girls face.
"I guess you're not too shabby yourself." I let out a loud laugh at she gave me a wink.
"I'm Sarah Gonzales." she pipes holding out her hand which I gladly shook.
"Rosie William's."
"Pleasure to make your acquaintance, May I take a look at your timetable we might have some classes together." I handed her my timetable and she quickly looked at it before handing it back. "We have first, fourth and fifth session together." Sarah said as we exited the room to go to our lockers.
Once she showed me to my locker and help me somewhat organize it; we parted ways so she could get her things, but she agreed that we would meet at our english class seeing as we shared first period.
Closing my locker door shut realization hits me as I had no idea where I was going leaving me stranded as everyone had already left for class. I groan and began walking around the halls like a lost puppy hoping to find my room.
I walk around the corner and instantly collide with someone else making my things drop for the third time today, lucky me. I look up to see a boy that looked extremely pissed off with a death stare that could put anyone 6 feet under, by this point I'd been lost for words not only because of his intimidating presence but because he has the looks of a greek god with his slick dark brown hair and a pair of milk chocolate eyes that could make any girl swoon.
Before I even had the chance to apologies he had already walked away leaving me lost again, I scoop up my things and proceed to follow him from behind. He walked down the hall and turn right to enter a room, as I glanced through the doors glass window I saw Sarah sitting in the back row with a spot vacant next to her. I enter and make my way to the sit down hoping the teacher wouldn't notice I'd been late, but by the looks of it he seemed distracted talking to that guy, as I make my way past the rows of students Sarah notices me but instead of a smile on her face her eyes were widened from fear. I couldn't understand why and as I looked at everyone else their eyes held a similar expression, some with pity and others with humor.
I go up to the desk and place my books down, I could see Sarah about to shout something but she was interrupted by a loud bang that captured everyones attention. I turn around and realize the loud noise came from my books being dropped on the floor, I look up to the culprits eyes and knew it wasn't going to end well.
