The Biggest Mistake

chap 2 : Hello new life (part 2)

I went upstairs to my room and took a nice long shower. When I got out , I opened my closet to find it empty . I actually forgot that I put them in boxes; so I opened one of them to find some white shorts and a black crop top that said 'none of your buisness'. I grabbed them and put them on and did my hair and make up. After that, I grabbed an empty box and started putting my last minute things like : make up, tooth brush,... In it when my brother ran into my room screaming like a zombie was chasing him to come and help them with the boxes to put them in the truck after I finish packing .

We'll yess people , I have a little 12 year old brother and his name is Jason and he has those green eyes and blonde hair that can attract any girl in his class, thanks to mum.

After five minutes of staring at my room, I begin dropping some of my boxes in the truck to finally leaving the house empty. I took a last glimpse at my childhood house and all my memories in it then I got in the car.

_ " so mum where are we going? " my brother asked

_"we're actually moving to westerville"

_"whattt?!!! What abouttt school mumm?!? I yelled in shock.

_"honey don't worry you're going to the school next to us. Everything is planned, plus, it's not so far from the new house " mum explained.

When we arrived I was litterly shocked.

I was standing in front of a huge white house with a pool in front and a little garden next to it. I guess my mom liked it cz she loves planting and at the same time, the pool for my brother to train. But what's for me?

_"c'mon kids, check out the inside of the house! "

We ran into the house like little kids and we we're admiring it like it's heaven on earth . I ran upstairs to choose the bigger room and I landed on a master room with purple and pink walls and a balcony that has a beautiful view and my own personal bathroom.
Then my mum called and I went downstairs and told her that I chose my room.

_"wait this isn't all kids. There's still a surprise for you come with me. "

She was going to the basement that I didn't even noticed and my eyes suddenly fell on a babyfoot and billiard and a mini bar with couches too. It's like a millionaire owned this house and probably it was a hangout place for his son and for his parties.
Then I noticed a door so I went and opened it, it was like a secret door because it has the same color of the walls so that nobody notice it instantly. When I walked in I saw a perfect view of the city threw a flat glass like I was watching a movie in the cinema and I noticed that the walls are painted in a dark blue colour and a piano and guitare on the side. It's like a hiding place from all the trouble in life, a get away from the world. I felt so happy when I was standing in there and it's a perfect place to write my poems and stories and who knows maybe I'll Start learning music.
I got out and went to have a little talk with my mom .

_"how did you afford all this house? It's like a millionaire was living here. "

-"Actually yes and he wanted to get rid of it so he offered me a good price and plus, I was saving some money to buy a new house "

_"thank you soo much mumm it's perfect!! " I hugged her and went to unpack my boxes.

I guess after all moving her should be the smartest thing my mum ever thinked of.
