You opened the door of your bedroom letting everything on the ground. Sitting on the bed shocked and tears falling on your cheeks, you didn't want to believe it.

"Did he... Did he came back for me? Did Levi Ackerman flew all the way to find me?"

*FlashBack*

You were crazy for him but kept it for yourself, no friends, no family,  no father, but your mother knew.
You lived in Tokyo in a little apartment, you went to high school there to finish your last year like a senior. You met a lot of friends like Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Jean, Marco, Sasha, Connie, Ymir, Christa and your neighbor.

Levi Ackerman was your neighbor.
You fell for him, his jawline, attitude, hair and... lips. Half of the year you spend it with him and you fell more. One night, you forgot your wallet with the keys inside of the apartment. You were going to buy some sweets, but how can you buy without money.

"Shit, the night is cold." You decided to give up and sat against the door on the floor with your head down.
Suddenly, you heard steps beside you. You raised your head and saw Levi with a package of eggs. "What's wrong, brat?"

"My keys are inside; there's no way of entering." He looked away thinking for a solution. "Wait here." He walked away and took the stairs to the second floor and you waited and waited. He appeared after 4 minutes with a bunch of keys. "The landlady always has a spare of keys of every apartment." You couldn't believe you forgot that little detail. "I'm such an imbecile. How could I have missed that simple detail?" You placed a hand over your eyes and he opened the door for you smirking, and with that smirk you felt encouragement, deciding to telling him your feelings. He just stared at you. You already knew the answer, so you continued to your apartment.

"... And you let her go"

You kept treating him like nothing happened. You're not going to act like a child, avoiding him, moving from the apartment; you knew that was a bit ignorant.
You told what happened to your cousin that lived nearby, crying while telling him. Hearing you cry, he invited you to every place he knew to cheer you up. You knew why he was taking you to all those places, but it felt good to not think about Levi, because when you fall so hard for someone and that person breaks your heart, it's difficult to let go.

You were going to visit your cousin and stay there for a couple of days. He had Skype so you can see your parents and friends. You prepared your bag with everything, clothes, toothbrush, shoes. He is your favorite cousin after all. You got out from your apartment and locked it, turning around and bumping into someone. Levi. He just arrived and looked at you and the bag.

"Where are you going, brat?" You were used to his language. "I'm just going to visit a cousin. He has Skype, so I can see my parents." "I see... (Y/-"

"Oh, can you please watch over my apartment? I'm gonna stay away for a while."

"...Don't worry about it." You smile at him thanking him.

"Bye, Levi."

You continued and headed to your destination.

"Cause love comes so slow and it goes so fast"

School was over meaning you had to go back to your country. You packed everything and got dressed to go to the airport. Hange, the owner of the building, gave you her number and told you that if your parents abandon you, you could call her and she would have an apartment for you. You started to laugh, doubting that would happen, but what she told you was very nice from her and you thank her. You called for a taxi and the first thing you looked was Levi's door. You didn't want those feelings again, so you told the driver your destination.

Levi's POV

I woke up by the sound of a car leaving.

"What the hell?"

I got dressed, made some tea and then I went outside to quickly notice (Y/N)'s door with a green tape on the handle.

I continued to check my mail until I heard (Y/N)'s name.

~Only know you being high when you're feeling low.~

"Oh! Levi, you didn't say your goodbyes to (Y/N)?" Hanji told me.

"Goodbyes?"

"Yeah, she finished school, so she's going back with her parents." What? She never told me that.

"She went to the airport?"

"Obviously"

~Only hate the road when you're missing home.~

I ran, got on my motorcycle and went to the airport. I tried to hurry, but there were too many people. Once there, I checked every taxi, but seems she's inside.
I entered and ran to the waiting room and saw the board, all the planes were delayed except one that said:

Onwards to (Y/C).

~Only know you love her when you let her go...~

And there's when I saw it.
The plane departing.

"(Y/N)!!!!"
